Memories of the last few millenniums(1000+ years) came back. We're they bad? Kinda. We're they memorable? No. Does Wilbur really care? Eh only about the few rules he's broken.

The rules during their wars is that:
1)no kids will be harmed. Birthed in hell or just so bad they ended up there children will be killed.
2)no hurting those that have protection spells over them. Only ways they could be harmed is if angels were to come
3)don't have a war that lasts over a 1000 years.While they are practically immortal,they have duties.

That's what the rules were,just three.

Wilbur broke the first,Phil by accident broke the second,we'll get to that later.And dream and sapnap broke the third.

Nothing really happens,just that they'll be pissed off.
