Percy's P.O.V.
I Was running in the forest next to Annabeth. Oh sorry I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Percy Jackson and Annabeth Chase is my girlfriend. I live in New York and try to be normal. Sadly, that is impossible. you see, I am an ADHD dyslexic teenager. I am also a demigod. That means that I'm half Olympian god. My dad is Poseidon and Annabeth is a daughter of Athena.
Anyways, we were running through the forest of camp half-blood. Camp half-blood is a camp for demigods like us. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a flash of lightning. I immediately assumed it was Thalia. She is a daughter of Zeus, god of the sky so it is natural she could use lightning.
When I got there, I hid in the bushes but all I saw was a bit of scorched earth and and very shocked, no pun intended, Nico di Angelo. Nico is a son of Hades and wears a lot of black. He was just staring at the ground like something was there just a moment ago.
Nico's P.O.V.
One moment Thalia was there, the next she was gone. She and I were going on a stealth mission for our team to capture the opposing teams flag. We got to a clearing and there was a big flash of light. I thought it was Thalia summoning lightning, but I couldn't come up with a reason for why she would summon it here. After the light dimmed down, he was gone.
All of a sudden, Percy and Annabeth jumped out of the bushes. "where's Thalia?" Percy asked. I just stood there shocked. He started to shake me by the shoulders. "Where is she?!" He scream asked at me. I finally answered "I- I don't know. One minute she was there, the next she was gone In a flash of light." there was another flash of light and I started to fell very faint. Them I blacked out.
Annabeth's P.O.V.
"What!?" Percy screamed. "Nicos gon-" Before he could finish his sentence we both started to feel faint and then fainted.

I woke up to a face very similar to mine except with brown eyes staring at me. "Hey Luce, whatcha got here?" I heared a voice say from aways away.
