The next morning, Crese walked into Keela's room. Keela had her back to Crese and was attaching her lightsaber to her belt. "If you came to stop me, it's not going to do any good."
"That's not what I'm here for," the ex-Imperial Lieutenant said. "After you... left, we came to a conclusion." Keela turned to look at her friend. "We are going to help you."
"You are?" she asked.
"Yes, I want vengeance just as much as you. I was there with you all those years."
"I don't even know what to do," she said. "Or where to look."
"I would suggest starting with where we found the information," Crese said.
"Where did you find the information?" Keela asked.
"Someone named Alden contacted us. That's all we know."
"Can you trace the signal?"
"We did, and it originated from.." Crese paused.
"From where?" Keela pressed. Crese sighed. "It originated from Dromund Kaas. There's something else too. He asked for help."
"Help?"
"Yes, it seems like someone is after him."
"Then it seems like I must go there and..." Keela said.
"Not by yourself," Crese interrupted. "It's too dangerous! Someone needs to go with you."
"Who do you suggest I take then?" Keela said as she walked over to a small table where her lightsaber lay. "You?"
"What's so wrong if I did suggest me?" Crese asked as she folded her arms over her chest.
"You don't have the force. Besides, I think I can accomplish more by myself."
Crese thought for a moment. "At least take your brother. He wouldn't be able to stand it if you went alone. He can't lose you again, Keela. Besides, two Jedi are better than one."
At that, Keela froze. "I'm no Jedi," she murmured so quietly that Crese could not tell that she had said anything. "Fine, I will then."
Crese smiled. "Thank you. I'll go tell him." After Crese left the room, Keela walked over to the left wall in her room. She waved her hand and a door suddenly slid open. Inside, on a shelf, lay a set of black armor with a matching black cloak. Next to that, a black mask with white decals sat. Keela dressed in the black armor and cloak. She picked up the mask but quickly sat it back down as if it had burned her. As soon as she closed the door Joake walked in and gasped, seeing her in her sith armor. "It only feels right," she says quietly. "I can't run from my past, I might as well accept it." Joake only nodded. "Let's go," he said.
