Chapter 7

Arthur's POV:
"Hey brat!" Virion walked in with Tess close behind. "W-what are you doing here?" I asked while blocking the bathroom door.
"We just stopped in to say hi is all." Tess proceeded to sit on my bed with a blush across her face.

"Well I've got to get to class so...." I tried to excuse them but they seemed to not get the hint and made themselves comfortable.
I just stood by the door obviously suspicious but there was nothing I could do.

"Arthur.." Virion said. "Hmm?" I looked at him with a fake interest. "So who's the lucky lady?" He grimaced. I practically felt my breath get knocked out of my body by his question. I looked to where Tess sat with a sad and confused expression. "I don't know what your talking about?" I said in my best acting voice I could muster at the moment while scratching the back of my head.

"Oh come on, there's obviously someone behind that door your guarding like a dog "
I felt embarrassed by the accusations and just continued to deny it.
"Then open the door." He said with an evil grin.

"Oh no there's no need for that... I was just... letting the room...soak."
At that moment I knew I fucked up.
Virion along with and angry Tess marched to the door pushing me away.

I don't know why Tess was so angry, it's not like I promised my ever giving love to her.
She's starting to get on my nerves.

I tried to convince them that there was nobody there but they weren't dumb.
Even I didn't believe me.
I was biting on my nails to the point of bleeding but I didn't notice because all my attention was at the door they were going to open to a naked Agrona.

I watched as they slammed it open, where heavy steam seeped out.
I was waiting for a screech but it never came. I looked at Tess to see what her reaction was only to find relief on her face.

I was confused and also peered into the now empty bathroom.
I felt a pang of instant relief but held back my sigh.
"Told ya," I tucked my hair behind my ear with a smug look.

"That's weird, I could've sworn I- Virion began but was interrupted by a happy Tessia.
"It's fine gramps, there's no way Arthur out of all people would hide a girl in his room."
I agreed but felt a bit hurt by her comment but shook it off.

"Alright now that you've seen I'm a good boy who doesn't sleep around with men-i mean girls you can leave now." I pushed them out the door while Virion gave me the side eye but I respectfully ignored it and slammed the door quickly.

I slumped my back against the door letting out a much needed sigh. Not even a second later I heard the deep laugh of a certain someone.

I stood up in a fit of rage stomping towards the laughing man who now stood in the middle of the room trying to breath actual air.

He just continued to giggle as I grabbed him by his hair and yanked his head up to meet my gaze.

"First off," I began. "Don't ever do that again. Second, how the hell did you disappear out of plain sight. And third, this is not funny!" I yelled my last statement close to his ear intending for it to hurt.

I let go of that long black hair of his and started to turn around but he grabbed my wrist and planted a kiss on my cheek.
"I'm sorry," he said with a fake frown. "I won't do it again."

I knew I wouldn't be able to go against him so instead of arguing I walked out and went to class.
