Chapter 1

Aether POV:

Hi my name is Aether and I am the younger brother of Lumine. Today is my first day of Teyvat Akademiya. This is where Lumine has been studying for the past few years. I on the other hand was homeschooled. I never have been outside so today was also my first day outside but Lumine said I had to wear a mask and hoodie at all times."Aether! Are you finished changing we need to leave soon!"Lumine shouted as she opened my door. "Yeah I'm finished we can go now!"I told her while grabbing my bag full of books I was supposed to bring."Hey!Aether you need to keep your hood on your head and your mask on as well!" Lumine reminded me." Oh yeah I forgot!" I replied while putting on my mask and hood .We went outside and Lumine started the car. I got in and closed the car door behind me. She drove off to the school. When we finally got there I was greeted by a woman with white hair and red eyes while Lumine entered the school. "Hello there you must be the new student Aether! I am Ningguang the school principle!" said Ninguang.

"Oh yeah that is me! Nice to meet you. Do you have anything you need to give me before I head in?" I asked. "I do need to give you something. Here is your dorm keys and schedule. The dormitory is the left building while the classes are on the other side!" Ningguang replied."Once you get to the dormitory find your dorm ,get ready for your class and leave your dorm for your class!" "Ok Ningguang!"I replied as I started walking to the building on the left. When I reached the dormitory I went inside and started looking for my dorm number. The number was 547. When I found it I went inside and saw 2 people. "Hi I am your new roommate Aether!" I said cheerfully. "Oh hi I am Childe and he is Zhongli!" Childe said. "Not to be rude but why do you wear a hoodie and a mask?" asked Zhongli while looking at me. It was expected because I was wearing this:

"Uhh I wear this because I don't like people to see my face" I said. "Oh...Ok" Childe said. "By the way is anyone else living in our dorm?And which room is mine?" I asked. "Uhm actually there are 3 other people! Their names are Diluc ,Kaeya and Ayato.Your room is the middle one."Zhongli informed me. "Oh ok thanks!" I said while opening the door in the middle. I went in and quickly shut the door. "Hopefully they didn't see my face." I whispered while setting up my stuff in my room. It looked like this

I was really impressed with it but I still had to put one more thing up. It was a picture of me and Lumine

I put it beside my bed and then I left my dorm to get to my classroom. I crossed the campus and went into the building to the right. I finally found my classroom. "Sorry I am late miss..." I cried "Miss Lisa and its fine your the new student right?" Miss Lisa asked "Yeah I am!" I said "Please introduce yourself to the class!" Lisa asked. "Hi my name is Aether and I am 17 years old! I hope to be great friends with all of you!" I exclaimed. "Now you are done with the introduction do any of you have questions?" Lisa said. Suddenly nearly the whole class rose their hand. "Wow thats so many questions well I will only pick some." Lisa said. "Razor how about you?" "Why are you covering your face?" The boy said. "Uhm thats kinda personal." I said while looking away. "Hmm then what about you Amber?" Miss Lisa said "When can we see your face?"A girl with brown hair and amber eyes. "Hmm maybe prom? Or maybe a special event" I answered.
