Hello people!! I js wanna say before this chapter starts that this is to be set place a month after he moved into his new dorm. He still avoids all his male friends as much as possible so he won't get harrased anymore by Khira. Also, his male friends have started to become a bit of a yandere during that time due to the lack of seeing their sunshine. They had also joined the student council which was being led by Ayato in hopes of Aether starting to like them again. Aether no longer has to wear his hoodie and mask but still does it sometimes since he's been doing it for so long.
No one's POV: 'Ugh...' Aether groaned as he looked at the ceiling after being woken up by his annoying ringtone. As he took his phone off his bedside table, still a bit drowsy, he had realised something... 'OMG IT'S CHRISTMAS!' His eyes lit up knowing that today was going to be nothing but fun. "Better get myself ready!" The cheery boy clapped as he jumped out of his bed. He placed his phone down before walking to bathroom. After around 10 mins he came out with a towel around his waist. He walked to his closet and grabbed military green cargo pants, along with a crop top and a pear of socks. After putting on his clothes, he grabbed his hoodie before putting it on. Today he had decided to put his hair in a ponytail. After looking at himself in the mirror for a bit, he put on his sunscreen, lotion and moisturizer before walking out of his bathroom to continue his daily routine. Although his dorm had felt a bit empty... He had to admit, it sure was empty without his friends.
He sighed a bit before going to the kitchen to make breakfast. Ding dong! His doorbell could be heard being rang. As he walked to his front door, he wondered who could it be. 'What if it was Zhongli, or Childe, or Kaeya, Or Diluc?!' He thought, starting to panic. He decided to only open the door a bit and saw that it was Lumine and he friends. When he saw them, he had relaxed a bit. "Hi guys! What are you doing here?" He asked happily as he welcomed them in. "It's Christmas dummy! Of course were here to celebrate Christmas with you!" Lumine answers ecstatic. "Plus, we wanna see your cute face again!" Amber chimed in. Aether's face flushed up a bit as he answered, flustered, "I am not cute!" His pouts soon ended as Noelle placed a basket on his dining table. Aether looked at it curiously, as he asked what it was. "In the basket is Noelle's special dish prepared just for you! She calls it 'Lighter Than Air Pancakes'! It tastes so good and feels really fluffy!" Lumine had explained. Noelle's face tinted a bit red as she stayed silent. Aether had noticed that the girls have become more closer to each other like how Amber and Eula have started to talk to each other more, sometimes even blushing, while doing so. Aether lost in his thoughts, chuckled unconsciously. All the girls looked at him, all sharing the same thought. Aether was an angel.
"Since my dorm is the biggest, how about we have a party?" Aether suggested. Everyone agreed enthusiastically. "I think I have some Christmas lights in my bedroom. Can 2 of you girls go find a Christmas Tree to put up? If we start now, we can probably finish decorating by sundown!" Aether explained. "I can go get the tree, anyone else wanna come?" Eula asked, stoically. "I can come!" Amber said, a small blush forming on her cheeks. And, with that, the 2 girls had set off to go and get the Christmas Tree (Btw Eula owns a car and has a license cuz she's rich in this au). After a few minutes of searching, Aether, Lumine, Noelle, Sucrose and Ayaka had found Christmas lights, a Christmas star, Christmas decorations and extra led lights. "Hmm... How should we set them up?" Lumine asked placing a finger on her lower lip. "We should place the decorations around the dorm but mostly on the area where the Christmas Tree will be so it attracts more attention. We should also hang up the led lights and later place the Christmas lights and star on the tree as the finishing touch!" Noelle had suggested. Silence could be heard in the room. "Ah-! Sorry! I should've been more mindful of what other people wanted! This isn't even my dor-" Noelle tried to apologize before she was cut off. "Don't worry Noelle! Your idea was perfect! I'm actually glad you were here otherwise I think me and the others would've taken hours to think of the design!" Aether reassured as he smiled brightly. 'Jeez I might need to get sunglasses for everyone if Aether continues to smile like this!' Lumine thought, sighing as she smiled weakly.
