Chapter Three:

After that awkwardness I walk to the locker room where I love hiding out during science.

"Li you here?" I hear a voice. "Li it's Jess c'mon on girl..I know your here you smell like a perfect peach dipped in chocolate" I giggle trying to hide it. "Gotcha!" she says pointing at me "no fair.." I say getting up "li why run away..he seemed nice" she says sitting on the bench. "Cause Jess he seems like a popular boy whom will make fun of me.." I say fiddling with my hair. She pouts "not every guy is like Jared.." I look at her "yeah sure, wish that was true" I say sitting next to her huffing, "Li...Jared was a jerk who never deserved you in the first place. Now he's with queen bitch witch." she says mocking the wicked witch of the west. I giggle then pout "but I liked him..a lot.."

She sighs "I know but you see he's a douchebag" I nod and look at her, "I don't trust boys or girls..I'm forever alone". She huffs "c'mon darlin lets go grab some grub" she says I laugh "we just ate" she sticks her tongue out "I know silly willy"

We walk out of the locker room right as the bell rung. People walking from every direction I spot Kloud lost as could be. "Nows your chance" she whispers pushing me closer.

I run into him as he drops his books "oh I'm so sorry" I say quickly picking up the books. He picks them up to "no please it's my fault" he says kindly. I look at him "um I'm Lilac" he smiles looking into my eyes "Kloud" we stand up slow as people leave the halls. "So um your friends with that Jess girl right?" he asks. I nod "yes, best. Why?" I say sadly "oh cause um my friend thinks she's cute as can be and he wants to know if she's single" he says looking at me, "you don't have to lie..I know how it goes. Yes she's single" I say handing him his books then walk off.
