In this Jake is more jealous and puts it out more, I just hope you guys like it 🥲 This is written in first person :) (Oh and Jake gets a bit more confident when in a kissing situation yk 🤭) the headcannons part explains his personality kinda (go read it plz)

it starts with me talking with Phil in the aurora bar he owns, we are talking about how crazy life had been lately and what we have been doing to keep our minds off of it, "yeah I've normally used music to give me energy!" I say smiling "that's nice, I focus on breathing so I do everything else subconsciously" he says back smiling aswell "that's really smart!" I say and he chuckles a bit "yeah think smarter not harder" he winks and I laugh, we continue to talk and laugh but what we didn't know was Jake was watching us through the window, most importantly he was staring at me jealous of Phil, Jake moans in annoyance with his phone in his hand with the urge to send me a message to meet him somewhere in Duskwood or even a confession if he was bold enough. He stares at my soft tidy hair and stunning eyes taking a deep breath and smiling under his black mouth guard with his hands in his pockets. "We will be together some day Y/n I just hope it's soon." He whispers under his breath continuing to watching us from afar.

as he continues watching us Phil winks at me again making Jake feel a burning anger inside him mixed with him feeling helpless, it was clear from the start he liked me but now Phil was getting in the way. "Dickhead." Jake says his anger getting worse but he takes a deep breath reassuring himself but that all stopped when Phil took my hand in his, he texted me to meet him in a tunnel near the duskwood forests, the tunnel had no one walking through and it wasn't gonna have people until the next day "Y/n, meet me in the tunnel near Duskwood forests." I text him back: "Oh sure but why?" He replies: "I just need to talk to you and I need company." I say back: "Okay! be there in a bit :)" he smiles at my text and how sweet I am to him he takes a look at me talking with Phil and getting up which clearly I had been telling him I had to go so he makes his way to the tunnel, he leans against the tunnels walls waiting for me there.

"Sorry Phil I have to go now, it was nice talking to you!" I tell Phil "that's okay, see you tomorrow?" I nod yes and then start walking out of the aurora bar,
I put my phone in my black leather bag and place the bag over my shoulder adjusting my shirt. I walk in the tunnel seeing Jake as I walk up to him "Jake?" I tilt my head a bit and he turns his head to me "Y/n?"I smile nicely "Hi! What did you need to talk to me about?" He admires my face and says "Do you.. have a crush on anyone?" "Well yes but why?" He doesn't say anything but breaks the silence with "I see you are getting close to a guy.." I reply with "Oh yeah! His name is Phil but we are just friends and I don't have a crush on him if that's the answer you want" I giggle, "it's a bit cold.." I say putting my hand bag down and hands over my arms he notices and puts his hoodie off "here wear this" he says smiling under his mouth guard "oh thank you Jake!" I put his hoodie on which is big on me but not too big, I put the sleeves over my hands and say "there's just one thing missing.." he raises an eyebrow for 2 seconds before asking "what is it?" I put the hood over my head and put his arms around me getting close as I snuggle up against him "you are much warmer than me" I say hugging him closing my eyes.

he is taken by surprise but tries to pull his thoughts together still he hugs me tight "Mmh, you are really comfortable" he says and I smile "was that all?" I say looking up at his blue eyes "mmh no, I want you to be carful around Phil" he says looking at my eyes "but why? He's really nice to me! And he invited me to the aurora bar!" He thinks for a second and says "he just seems like he's up to no good." I do puppy eyes "please atleast come to the aurora with me! Then you will see how nice he is!" He sighs and closes his eyes before opening them again "okay." I smile and ruffle his hair "yay!" I hold his hand and pick up my hand bag and start walking to the aurora bar "they have all these nice drinks and Phil let me drink some for free! I promise he is a sweet heart" I say as Jake listens to me but he cant get out of his head how I called him sweetheart "don't you think it's a bit.. suspicious for me to wear a mask to a bar?" He says "no! After all it is cold" I say back soon we ready to the bar.

I go up to Phil "hey! I want you to meet my best friend!" Phil looks at Jake and Jake looks at Phil "Jake this is Phil, Phil this is Jake!" Phil gives me a drink and says "I would like to talk to him in private, is that okay?" I nod yes and drink the drink Phil has given me which is a simple glass with coke and ice in, they walk some where private "what the hell do you think your doing?!" Phil says to Jake "what do you think? She invited me." Jake starts to get annoyed "yeah well you should have declined!" Phil replies "listen it's not that hard to understand she obviously likes having me where she is." Jake says fully annoyed "ugh just go away! You creep I mean who even hacks for a living?" Phil says making fun of what he does "I do." Jake says before walking away to be by my side, "Y/n.. can we go?" I look at him confused "why? What happened?" He hugs me.

And puts his head in the crook of my neck "mmh~.. I just don't like the sound of h-" Jake was cut off by Phil walking to us "hey! So.. you guys staying here for a bit?" Phil smiles at me and winks making Jake hold my hand and tug at one of my fingers "sorry Phil but we have some things to do, but I promise I'll come tomorrow!" I say to Phil as I get up and start to walk with Jake out of the bar, Phil gets annoyed as Jake relaxes holding my hand and walks out of the bar "why did you want to leave?" I say confused "cause we have things to do." He says thinking about what we could do together "like what? I didn't plan anything.." I reply back holding his hand tight "Mmh.. I think I just wanted to get away from that man, he doesn't seem nice." I think for a few seconds and Jake notices that I'm thinking "what are you thinking about?" He asks "ohh! Are you jealous of me talking to Phil?" I say "..No." he says hiding the fact that is exactly what's happening I mumble the words: "it's still cold.." Jake is able to make out what I mumble, he starts thinking what he can do to warm me up while walking with him.

"is it cold for you still?" He asks and I notice he probably heard me "uhm, no.." I try to deny it so I don't seem like a bother and Jake sees that "you are cold, aren't you Y/n?" I nod in response as Jake picks me up easily bridal style wrapping my arms around his neck, "there now you can feel my warmth." He says as he plans to get a bit flirty with me soon "thanks Jake.." I say flustered and Jake notices, he smiles at me flustered "I hope my hoodie is warm for you" he says "yes it is, mmh.." I snuggle against him, "Can we talk a bit more?" He says "Yeah we can!" I smile and look up at his eyes making eye contact with him "your eyes are so beautiful.." he says gently as he stops walking making eye contact with me, he gets closer and I pull his mask down slowly from his face as I start to get closer to his face.

we kiss passionately and after some time we pull away but kiss again, I put my hands on his neck as Jake sets me down so I can stand. He puts his hands on my hips and we pull away again "Ja-" I get cut off by him kissing me again, our lips depart and I smile sweetly hugging him. He also smiles and holds my hand as we walk to his house.
