You got M.A.D by an alternate then boom dead.
Also there will be a bonus cutscenes. (not really much) but I don't want to give spoilers.

"Open the door," Caesar whimpered as he knocked on your bedroom door.

You couldn't hold it anymore, tears were running down you face as you sobbed quietly. He isn't real, that's not Cesar.

"Please, dear... Let me in~" He pleaded.

You shook your head furiously, unable to speak and move. Why won't he leave you alone... He died because of the stupid alternate and trying to lure you to getting M.A.D.

"Cmon, mi amor... It's me! Please open up.. I miss you." He spoke with a distorted voice, making you panic.
'It's not him, it's not him, it's not him, it's not him,' you kept repeating in your thoughts. Your breathing was shallow as your heart raced faster.

You stood up, shakily trudged over to the door where light static can be heard. This was your last fate.

Soon, you slowly opened the door, closing your eyes shut, waiting for him to rip your insides out. However, you did not feel what you thought he would do to you.

You slowly opened your eyes, but no one's there. You felt someone breathing down your spine, giving you goosebumps. But when you turned around, there was nothing behind you.

The bedroom door shuts itself as you turn back around, staring at it. What just happened?
It wasn't you who did it.
You have let "him" inside.

"C-Cesar..?" You called out his name in your room. No one answered.
Silence hit inside the room, only your ragged breathing can be heard inside.

"Cesar is gone." A voice said in the dark corners of your room.
You turned to the sound of the voice, paranoia taking over you, your veins filled with adrenaline.

It looks like Cesar, but he's doesn't look the same. The eyes were hollowed out, arms were too long with his fingers ended with sharp points. This isn't the Cesar you loved. This is not him.

"He never loved you, ya know, but I do." Caesar walked up to you, looking straight into your eyes.
Your body started to shake uncontrollably as tears streamed down your cheeks. You didn't deserve this.
"Cesar hates you, he hated you so.. So much.. I just had to kill him." His voice trailed off as his sye sockets grew big.
"Why...? WHY!? Why would you do this!?" Tears streaming down your face. You looked so confused.

"Well, since you loved him so much, maybe you could be with him.." he said in a questioning voice, but you knew it was no question.
He smiled wide, showing off his sharp teeth, revealing them. You backed away from him in fear.
"Don't you think that's a good idea, my dear?" He smiled wider. He got close enough to you that his body almost touching yours, he raised his hand to your cheek and caressed it. His touch sent shivers down your spine.

You saw something on the floor. It was a knife. With Cesar's blood stained on it.
"Was that... The knife you used to k-kill him?" you whispered.
He nodded.

You picked up the knife, holding it tightly. You were about to end your life.

"Oh, I can't wait to se you slowly die with that knife, it should be so sweet."
Caesar smiled once again.

You put the knife up against your throat. Slowly , you cut deep down across the fleshy part of your neck, cutting it completely. You pulled the knife away, letting go of it. Your hands are shaking. Blood dripped onto your dress which you tried wiping away, trying not to look weak.

You coughed out blood, slowly losing consciousness.
You promised him that everything will be okay, but right now you weren't sure if it was true. You're going to lose control soon.
You collapsed on top of the bed. You couldn't stand the pain any longer, it was killing you. You blacked out for few minutes. Your vision started to blur as you passed out, you were in an empty field.
All you could see was darkness. You sat up, turning your head around to try and see where you were.

There was a faint yellow glow going towards you. It was Cesar.
"y/n? You're... Not dead right?" You heard him ask as you approached him.
"I already am. Because I love you, I had to end my life." You replied in a soft voice, sitting next to him.
Cesar wrapped his arms around your waist.
"Y/n... I'm sorry... If I had known that I would have-"
"No, Cesar. Don't apologize." You interrupted him.
"It's too late anyway, I don't want you to blame yourself. Let's just be in heaven together alright? Since both of us died, we should get a peaceful rest now..." You told him as you laid your head on his chest. You closed your eyes, listening to his heartbeat. You felt calm now. There's no more reason to fight anymore, there's nothing left to live for, you are safe.
After a while of silence, Cesar spoke again.
"y/n, what's with the bruise on your neck and your arms?"
"I got M.A.D and there's an alternate that looks just like you and I killed myself. Short and simple."
Cesar chuckled. "And here I was hoping you'd run away." He whispered, hugging you tighter.
You hugged him back . "I guess that would've been worse, right?" You teased.
"Not really..."
You two stayed like that for what seems like hours, you just cuddled each other all the time, enjoying the company of the other.
Eventually, you fell asleep. Cesar kissed your forehead softly, resting beside you.

You'd make sure that you'll be with Cesar.
Whenever he hated you or not,
you'd be right by his side. For eternity, till death do us part. And he knows, you won't ever leave him.
Because you loved him, he was your sunshine.
As long as you're in love with him, you're happy. Even though you're sad that his soul had to die,
it was worth the risk.
For both of you.

Staying in heavens is just the start for you two.
You'll spend all eternity with him, no matter what. That's a promise.
Now, go to sleep...
Forever, and ever...
Until death do us apart.
