Kasa-Obake are a mythical ( beast ) ghost or yokai in Japanese folklore ( Japanese material ). They are sometimes but not always considered a tsukumogami ( "tool kami" also means spirit ) an old umbrella turned into. They are also called "Karakasa-Obake", "Kasa-Bake", and "Karakasa-Koza". Kasa-Obake is a harmless ghost and enjoys scaring people and licking them by its long tongue.
( Kasa-Obake just looked scary but it's not harmful )
2) Noppera-bo
The Noppera-bo, or faceless ghost is a Japanese yokai that looks like a human but has no face. It mostly scaring people in village and loves to scratching their faces.

3) Rokurokubi
In the first year of complete in Euchigo Province ( now Fukui prefecture ) there was a house of a girl whose head rolled off the pillow while she was asleep, detached from the body. At worst, Rokurokubi might just give people a fright, intentionally or unintentionally or, they sometimes eat small animals and lick the oil off lamps.
