When I got back everyone was gone. The only thing that was left was the carriage. I sighed seeing that the horses are gone.
I looked around seeing tracks in the dirt. I rolled my eyes and followed them.
"Why do I feel like this is going to happen a lot." I growled and continued walking.
It took a while to get to them. Mostly because I didn't feel like running. The bad part tho it started storming. It got cold and I was frustrated. I had lost the tracks in the mud.
I looked around and saw a light off in the distance. I held myself and walked through the trees to it. I got close to it and tripped. I fell down getting my hands and knees dirty. I growled and got up.
"Hello? Who's there?" I heard Midoriya's voice. I growled and looked his direction. My eyes red with night vision as the sun went down.
"Oh it's you I thought you ran off." He said as I got closer to him. He stood in the entrance of a cave.
"No I went to wash off." I growled cold.
"Oh well Iida said you ran off." He said pointing at the Knight. I growled shivering.
"Nope." I growled water running down my face getting in my eyes from my wet hair. The other Knight just glared at me and the Prince didn't care.
"Well I'm sorry about that. At least you found us. How about you come sit by the fire and warm up." He said putting a hand on my shoulder. I brushed it off.
"No I'll just sit here. Don't want to ruin your fire with my demonic presence." I growled and sat on the cold cave floor by the entrance. The man sighed next to me and walked to the fire.
"Iida I don't know what your issue is but it needs to stop." Midoriya said.
"She's a demon she eats people." Iida growled.
"You think she wants to? She wasn't born a demon so stop being rude!" Midoriya yelled and it was quiet for a second.
"He has a point." The Prince said. I relaxed against the wall of the cave trying to calm down and get warm. I looked at the horses that stood on the other side of the cave. I didn't realize how big the cave was.
"Anyway we are waiting here until Kacchan gets here." Midoriya said his voice getting closer.
"When is the stubborn Prince getting here exactly he is supposed to be here already." Iida growled and I flinched feeling something warm being put on me.
"I don't know." Midoriya said behind me. I looked over my shoulder to him as he put his green cape around my shoulders. He smiled at me softly and fixed it. Putting the cloth over my legs and the hood over my head. He patted my head standing.
"She is just as stubborn as Bakugo. You shouldn't have to do that." Iida said and Midoriya sighed.
"You're right I don't have to I want to." He said his voice back off behind me. I smiled softly and pulled the cape more around me and tied it around my neck.
"Now we need to rest." Midoriya said and there was some shuffling and it was quiet.
I couldn't sleep. So I sat there watching the storm pass. Noticing that the cape had his smell all over it. I sighed and got up. I walked over to the dying fire and sat down. I looked at them as they slept. Of course the Prince has a blanket and a pillow as the other two had nothing.
I wasn't surprised considering that almost all of us are poor peasants compared to him. I felt a little bad. I'm sure Midoriya is cold without his cape. I stood about to give it back but I heard a stick break.
I turned around and walked to the entrance of the cave thinking it's just a animal. Until I was slammed against the cave wall.
"Who the hell are you." The voice growled as a strip burned on my neck from his sword. I looked at him his hair wet and falling in front of his eyes.
"Who are you?" I growled back and froze seeing a something large move and growl behind the man. Whatever it was made the horses freak out and try to run. It woke everyone up. The fire suddenly got bigger lighting up the cave exposing the dragon head behind him. I panicked getting scared making my eyes go black out of fear. I have never seen a dragon this close.
"I knew it." The man growled.
"Kacchan stop it! Tell Kiri to back off." Midoriya said walking over.
"Do you see the same thing I'm looking at." The ash blond growled.
"I know now let her go." Midoriya said.
"No." The ash blond growled and then there was a knife at the blondes neck.
"Kacchan. We are not kids anymore and I'm not joking." Midoriya growled and I looked at him. His green eyes filled with anger. The man let me go and I fell to the ground against the cave wall. Everyone started to argue and the dragon looked at me. It got closer and I closed my eyes turning my head away as it sniffed me. I whimpered scared.
"Kiri come on now your scaring her." Midoriya said and the dragon backed off and surprisingly turn into a person.
I was stunned and scared not understanding what's going on. Midoriya moved in front of me a little and I gripped his pants leg.
"I'm helping her if you guys like it or not. If you don't then leave." He growled.
"Why are you helping her?" The blond growled.
"Because no one deserves to live in a way they don't want to." Midoriya growled. Everyone was quiet just looking at him.
"Now everyone needs to calm down." He said and everyone just huff and sat down at the fire. The red head that was the dragon looked at me sadly before following.
He sighed and looked down at me. He bent down and grabbed my hands to let go of his pants. He got on his knees.
"You ok?" He asked and I nodded.
"Your shaking." He said and I nodded again.
"I never seen a dragon up close." I whispered.
"Yeah it's pretty scary I guess." He said glancing at them.
"Wanna join us?" He asked and I shook my head. He sighed.
"Alright." He said and stood walking over to them.
