Ch.9

A day later
"Hey L/n how about we go into town today." Midoriya said coming in the room as I fixed my new outfit.

"Oh um I guess we can. Hey can you tie the back please." I said.

"Of course how tight you want it?" He asked and I shrugged.

"Don't matter." I said feeling him behind me.

"Ok tell me when." He said and pulled the strings of the corset. Pulling my body against his. I gasped.

"Sorry I only did this a few times." He said and I was a little confused but quickly forgot about it when he put a hand on my back. He pushed me forward making me bend over. I put my hands on the table as he pulled the strings. I blushed at how he pulled making me press against him.

"There is that good you can still breathe right?" He asked and I took a deep breath.

"Yes that's fine." I said.

"I'll loosen it a bit." He said and did so. When he was done he grabbed my hand.

"Let's go." He said excitedly and dragged me out the Inn.

"Uh Midoriya slow down." I giggled as we got outside. He did slow down.

"Why are you so excited all of a sudden." I giggled.

"I don't know actually. I love traveling and seeing new places. Maybe it's because I get to show you around." He said smiling at me and dragging me off somewhere.

We came up on a little shop and I was looking around not paying attention.

"Yes two please." He said and I looked at him. He then dragged me out of line.

"Here I know you don't actually eat food but I hope you can still taste it." He said handing me a small cake.

"What is this?" I asked as he was already eating it.

"It's a honey cake. They are small but so good made with fresh honey." He explained and I took a bite surprised I actually tasted something.

"Oh my gods." I moaned at the taste of warm honey and sugar.

"Come on let's go see more shops." He said dragging me along with.

We did eventually stop at a weapons store and we went in to look around.

"Whoa Midoriya look at this one." I said dragging him over to a sword. It was Iron but most of it was made up of gold and red gems in the handle.

"Whoa that is beautiful." He said and picked it up. He spun it around a few times in his hand.

"Hm here hold it." He said handing it to me. I hesitated before grabbing it.

"It's not burning my hand." I said smiling.

"How does it feel tho? Is it light enough for you to hold?" He asked and I nodded.

"Yeah it is." I said.

"You want it?" He asked and I shook my head.

"Oh no there is no way I can afford it." I said putting it down.

"Ok how about you wait outside I'll be there in a second." He said and I nodded.

"Ok." I said and walked happily outside. I waited a few minutes and he came outside.

"Let's go my lady." He said holding his arm out. I took it and we continued our walk though the shops.

We looked at other places of course I didn't get anything but we still had fun. When we met up with the others Midoriya was in such a good mood he was messing with Bakugo. I giggled beside him as Bakugo got angry and the sun was setting.

That's how we ended up running through the empty streets away from Bakugo who was chasing us. Midoriya ran into a small alley between houses and dragged me by my waist with him.

He pinned me against the wall and put a finger over my mouth as I quietly giggled. He smiled down at me when we heard Bakugo running by.

"Damn it where did you go Deku!" Bakugo yelled passing us and not finding us.

We both laughed as we breathed heavily. As we calmed I noticed how close we were and how he had me pinned between both his hands on the wall. I looked up at him as he looked down at me.

"You didn't have to join in on my teasing." He said breathless.

"I felt like it." I said smiling. I looked down.

"Um thank you for today I had fun." I said looking at how close we are.

"No problem I'm glad you had fun." He said and I looked back up into his green eyes. I then realized that mine where glowing in the dark so I looked away.

"Hey what's wrong?" He asked and I sighed.

"Nothing I'm sure you don't want to look at my eyes." I said insecure. He grabbed my chin gently and made me look at him.

"Your eyes are beautiful no matter what they look like Y/n." He whispered and my heart raced. He leaned in my heart racing more as our noses touched. I looked in his eyes before closing them. I felt his lips brush over mine as he hesitated.

"Midoriya!" Todoroki yelled and he sighed his head falling onto my shoulder.

"Fuck." He growled and walked out the alley.

"Yes my Prince." He said and I just stood there stunned and red faced. Until he grabbed my hand.

"We need to turn in for the night before Bakugo sets the town ablaze." Todoroki said Iida and Kiri at his side. I pulled the hood of my shirt over my head and face to hide the redness. I held his arm as we walked through the quiet town.

When at the Inn he stepped out so I can change. When I was done he came in.

"Hey L/n." He said and I turned to him.

"Yes." I said and he took his sword belt off that I just noticed there is two of them now.

"I might have gotten you something." He said putting his sword on the table and giving the other to me.

"Midoriya you didn't." I said and he just nodded at it for me to take it out the cover. I did and I looked at it. It's the one We were looking at.

"Midoriya I can't accept this. It was so expensive how did you afford it?" I asked putting it back and looking at him.

"I'm a Royal Knight L/n. I get paid better then this town." He said and I just looked at him.

"How can I repay you?" I asked him walking over to the table putting it down.

"Learn how to use it and don't kill me with it." He said and we both laughed. I then gave him a hug.

"Thank you Midoriya." I whispered in his chest as he hugged me back.

"You're welcome." He whispered back. I pulled away and walked to the bed.

"Hey I know your not injured anymore but do you mind if I stay in here with you?" He asked and I shook my head.

"No I don't mind."

(It was a in the moment thing nothing truly behind it yet.)
