•She was close to Nicole when she was a child. There's a canon scene that shows 8-year old Jan talking to Nicole.

•She uses her Dog skills and toys In petting on Dogs because It's kind of an obsession, but she also uses them to manipulate the feelings of others.

•Despite the fact that she's the leader of the Squad, she's no fighter.

•She can be selfish sometimes.

•In the privacy In her office, she likes to be called... Wait for It... "Mommy."

•As a kid, Jan was bullied because she only speaks Korean, and became neglected by her parents.
