Gender: Female

Affiliation: Vietnam Agnacy

Ciel Is one of the 5 leaders and Detective of the Vietnam Agnacy of the Hanoi Capital. Apparently to her Bombay appearance, she possesses Phantom powers.

Trivia:

•Her voice Is calm and active. She's also older and very taller.

•Ciel Is actually Half-Phamtom, or more likely part Bombay Ghost significantly. She's aware of this, but she's not at full responsibility with her abilities.

•Even though she's part Bombay Ghost (Felidae), she doesn't eat Mice. However, she does only eat Rattata.

•Above other things In combat, she mainly does 2: Using her back paws to slam heads against desks or walls, or using her front paws to pin down and tackle/damage smaller grants.
