Chapter 32: Whats Real?

In V mind she has been struggling with what's real and not real

It's hard for V to think properly when a engram is stuck in her head mixing their memories with hers

She doenst even rember what happened when she was younger with L, and even when she was first starting  becoming a Merc.

It all a mixer of joing a band and getting record hits to having a big argument with Lily about something most likely stuiped to killing someone for a job that she doesn't even rember doing.

It's all a mixer of things that happened way back then to now, and there staring to change for the worse, worrying V of what's happening.

Scarying her to when the day comes of her finally not being V anymore, but becoming a new person that nobody has seen for years and become a nobody.

And when that day come the people that she cared about in this world will never see her as V anymore but a totally stranger that left night city to become some person they never were before.

'V' a voice says

'V' the voice says again but sounding more clear

'Hey V' the voice says sounding like Johnny

'What do you want Johnny?' V says annoyed

'Nothing, just noticing your not you'

'Yeah....I know, it's not looking good'

'Its going to fast, your going to be turned before we final gets to the top to stop this from getting worse'

'I'm just tierd of trying Johnny, of keeping steady of just living life for a bit-'

'Then fixing on your health, V you do realize that everyone is there for you, trying to save you. I know you want to be you for a bit but you can't' you have to let go of control even of you dont want to'

Now V knows she's dreaming because that was something Johnny wouldn't have said.

Or maybe he would but knowing he cares he won't say it, so it has to be just another voice in her head talking.

'V..." a voice calls again

"Valerie!!" The voice yells sounding further and further away, V trys to get closer but it only gets further away.

KABOOM

A loud noise startles V awake from her slumber to see it dark outside and in her apartment.

"When did I fall asleep?" she says quietly, thinking about what her "dream" was about and who was calling her name.

Her real name that nobody calls her that, except for  people who know her very well and the only person that could is

'You know she not here, so dont even think she was the one who called your name' Johnny says to V with a annoyed tone

'And why can't I? she is my little sister who does call me that she the only one who does.'

'Or it could have been something in the past that is resurfacing in your head, to think of anything other than death' Johnny says yelling abit

'Gosh you have a attitude..' V says rolling her eye at Johnny ' anyways when did I fall asleep? Did you take over without telling me?' V asking want to know what happened before falling asleep her memories are very fuzzy.

And not in the way of getting drunk its more of I'm losing my mind on what's real and what's not real.

'Your girlfriend is here, she came to check on you and you told her about the chip she wanted to help and then you fell asleep after she walked away'

'Shit' V had totally forgot Judy is here with her, must have heard V yelling in her sleep but didn't wake up?

''So you did take control of my body'

'No I didn't I was tierd I just wanted to rest, your body is to weak '

DING

V got a text from a unknown number that she doesn't recognize

The text read - You shouldn't Lie to her, she will found out even if it takes a few days to know what really happened.

V was confused on who this was she didn't know what they were meaning when they said she will found out
'Johnny whose this?'

'Somebody that came by when you weren't in control and Judy was asleep, they had came to say hello but notice you weren't you.'Johnny says giving little hints on who is was but not saying who it is  'you should know who this is you are very close to them but just drifted apart'

The only person that V could think of was Lily but she left, disappeared after the incident and never made contacted to anyone not even Panam or Judy.

V stated to think in her head 'So it wouldn't be her, unless she is back hiding herself from people but why contact now if she been hidden without a trace.'

To V this is confusing she already have trouble trying to keep herself awake, aware of what she does and when Johnny takes control when ever  he does.
