"I hope that bastard has already been eaten by those rats."
"Nope." Cale just sat down on a piece of rubble from part of a wall or ceiling, yawning. Even though his stamina stat was sufficient, Cale was still a lazy cat who wanted to take his daytime nap. He would like to soak up the sun in his rocking chair right now, listening to the sounds from the training ground and the voices of children playing. He closed his eyes, indulging in the pleasant Recordings.
"Then if he comes back, can I get rid of him? He infuriates me," - the teenager has not yet had time to cool down after the battle. The slightly worn toe of the sneaker kicked a pebble. Cale shuddered inwardly, remembering one idiot who was on fire before the fights. Was Toonka watching along with the others? If so, it's good that the red-haired man, whom this madman considers his friend, cannot hear the terribly loud voice of the savage.
However, Toonka was not in the observation room at the Black Castle. He wished he could attend, but he couldn't just leave the Whipper Kingdom. Not without Harol.
"Rest assured, the fate that he will undergo in the future is worse than your threats and death," despite internal questions, outwardly Cale remained calm as always, but a little more relaxed. From the outside, two adults, Jung Heewon and Lee Hyunsung mistook Cale's behaviour for praying, especially because of his closed eyes and peaceful attitude.
"Everyone will be rewarded according to their deserts," the former soldier nervously laughed. He wasn't making fun of the boy's religion or actions, just being awkward.
'What is he talking about?' Cale, who was actually just indulging in an attempt to take a nap while waiting, was puzzled. His eloquent look of bewilderment was better than any words.
"Huh? I thought you were praying..."
"Honestly, me too," Heewon agreed with the man.
Cale's face twisted at their words as if he had eaten the sourest lemon in the world. He didn't even want to think about it - the Gods hadn't done anything good in his life for him to pray to one of them. They just always make him work and bring hardship, pain and suffering to the lives of those he knew.
However, Cale could understand why those two thought like that. One of his Attributes was 'Master of Misunderstanding' which he had obtained without a clue on how. Situations like this will always be due to its effect. Haaa...another useless and interfering Attribute that makes his life difficult. Was it not enough 'Test'?
[The Constellation 'Lord of Eternal Rest' asks you to pray to him]
The murderous look that the redhead sent to the ceiling of the tunnel, which was an obstacle on the way to the sky, could be envied even by Ron. Even considering the absurdity of the situation, the victim of this look hiccupped loudly in fear, eliciting a mocking look and a sigh from its companion – she was scared too if you ask!
The Koreans, after reading the message addressed to Cale, although it seemed to them a rude act – it was as if they were reading other people's letters – thought. Constellation can't be gods, can they? It would be very bad if that were the case.
