Madeleine's POV:
Espresso had sent me a letter that I just got.
I looked down and started to read it.

𝓓𝓮𝓪𝓻 𝓜𝓪𝓭𝓮𝓵𝓮𝓲𝓷𝓮,

𝓟𝓵𝓮𝓪𝓼𝓮 𝓬𝓸𝓷𝓼𝓲𝓭𝓮𝓻 𝓬𝓸𝓶𝓲𝓷𝓰. 𝓘𝓯 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝔀𝓲𝓼𝓱 𝓽𝓸 𝓼𝓮𝓷𝓭 𝓪 𝓵𝓮𝓽𝓽𝓮𝓻 𝓽𝓸 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓬𝓪𝓼𝓽𝓵𝓮 𝓸𝓯 𝓽𝓱𝓲𝓼 𝓴𝓲𝓷𝓰𝓭𝓸𝓶.
𝓘 𝔀𝓲𝓵𝓵 𝓫𝓮 𝔀𝓪𝓲𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓯𝓸𝓻 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓻 𝓪𝓻𝓻𝓲𝓿𝓪𝓵.

I smiled slightly.
I really liked Espresso since we met. He is amazing, him being a coffee mage it's amazing that he's been able to survive for awhile.
A lot of People, Especially light magic users, want them gone.
That's probably why he left me here.
I missed him.
I wasn't able to tell him how I feel.
I really hope he isn't dating anyone..
I mean it wouldn't be a problem if he was but I really, really want to tell him I love him, and of he's dating someone I wouldn't be able to.
I sat down writing the letter.
I have to write to Ginger brave.
I wrote the letter and sent it.

2 days later; Espresso's POV:
I was called into Pure vanilla's office.
"You needed me?" I asked quietly sitting down at his table.
"Could you read this letter? I don't really have time." He said.
"Yeah I can!" I said.

𝓓𝓮𝓪𝓻 𝓥𝓪𝓷𝓲𝓵𝓵𝓪 𝓴𝓲𝓷𝓰𝓭𝓸𝓶 𝓸𝓯𝓯𝓲𝓬𝓲𝓪𝓵𝓼.
𝓘 𝓱𝓪𝓿𝓮 𝓫𝓮 𝓪𝓼𝓴𝓮𝓭 𝓽𝓸 𝓳𝓸𝓲𝓷 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓻 𝓴𝓲𝓷𝓰𝓭𝓸𝓶 𝓫𝔂 𝓪 𝓯𝓻𝓲𝓮𝓷𝓭.

I'm guessing Madeleine read my letter.

𝓘 𝔀𝓪𝓷𝓽 𝓽𝓸 𝓳𝓸𝓲𝓷 𝓲𝓯 𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓻𝓮𝓼 𝓻𝓸𝓸𝓶.

I happily decided to write an acceptance letter, If Pure vanilla allows.
"Madeleine wants to join the kingdom!" I say.
"Ah he's that nice Knight boy you were really close to, right?" Pure asked.
"Yep! Is he able to join?" I ask.
"Yeah! We need a new commander, Write back." He told me I wrote the letter.

When Madeleine got the letter; Mad's POV:
I got a letter from the new kingdom I read it quickly.

𝓓𝓮𝓪𝓻 𝓜𝓪𝓭𝓮𝓵𝓮𝓲𝓷𝓮,
𝓦𝓮 𝓷𝓮𝓮𝓭 𝓪 𝓷𝓮𝔀 𝓬𝓸𝓶𝓶𝓪𝓷𝓭𝓮𝓻, 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓬𝓸𝓾𝓵𝓭 𝓫𝓮 𝓪 𝓰𝓸𝓸𝓭 𝓬𝓪𝓷𝓭𝓲𝓭𝓪𝓽𝓮!
𝓟𝓵𝓮𝓪𝓼𝓮 𝓬𝓸𝓶𝓮 𝓱𝓮𝓻𝓮.

I noticed the writing was very neat.
It was Espresso's!
I packed my stuff and went to tell my mother.
