(Blair's POV)

It was time for our date. We had decided it last night before we fell asleep, but that doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is we are going out.

I was inside the bus and Calum was waiting outside with his mates for me.

I had on one of his black band t-shirts and a pair of black ripped skinny jeans. My phone buzzed, a snapchat from Michael. It was a picture of Calum looking adorable, and the caption said "your boyfriend is waiting for you" I smiled, letting my hair flow down my shoulders.

I stepped out of the bus and looked straight at Calum. He looked me up and down, smiling and taking my hand.

"Let's go, B."

"Where are we going exactly?" I asked, looking up at the tall boy to my left.

"The carnival." he snickered, hopping into his car and starting the engine. I climbed in too and we sped off.

"Cal, your driving is horrible!" He just shrugged and jerked to a halt in front of a stop sign. I held onto the side of the door, my knuckles turning white.

"Blair, relax. I just want to get there before everyone else does." He smiled at me. My grip on the door did not loosen, but my heart rate slowed a little bit.

We arrived at the fair in an astonishing 7 minutes. Calum climbed out of the car and opened the door for me. I smiled, thanking him.

"Anything for the lady," he smirked. I giggled, walking towards the entrance with widened eyes. There were blinking lights, music, games, and food.

"This is so beautiful."I whispered in awe. Calum laughed, bending down so I could be given a piggy back ride. I complied, hopping onto his tall, toned back. I rested my chin on his soft hair and hugged my arms around his chest.

"Where should we start, babe?" Cal asked after we paid the admission.

"Ferris wheel!" I tapped his chest excitedly. He looked up at my face and stopped walking.

"God, you're adorable," and he pecked me on the lips from below, "so I vote yes."

He walked over to the Ferris wheel. We were getting stares from other people, but I ignored them. The man at the Ferris wheel entrance let us sit in a blue cup. I was on the inside because Calum didn't want me to fall out. My legs were sprawled over his and we watched as the wheel lifted us higher and higher. We were at the very peak of the wheel when the cup we were sitting in jerked to a stop and I froze.

"Are we stuck?" I asked, trying not to show my fear.

"Yeah, guess so. Now you have to spend more time with me!" He giggled. I peeked down at the ground to see how far up we were. Bad move. My heart thudded and I snapped my head back up to its original position. Calum must have seen that I was scared, because he wrapped his long arms around me and pulled my body closer to his.

"Nothing's going to happen, we're going to be moving in a second." He reassured me. I snuggled into his chest. Suddenly, the ride started back up with another jerk forward and Calum's knee went right into my stomach, where the bruise and the cuts were.

I cried out and backed away from his knee.

"Oh my gosh, Blair, I'm so sorry!" He moved my shirt up and looked at the fading bruise. I laughed through the pain, even though it was throbbing.

"I think kisses will make it better." he smiled, planting a kiss on my belly button.

"And maybe some cotton candy." I giggled. We had finally reached the ground and I ran off toward the cotton candy stand.

Since Calum's legs were longer than mine, caught up to me and lifted me up, putting me back on his back. I whined.

"But I want to buy it! You better not pull out your wallet." Calum looked up at me, then slid a large hand into his pocket, retrieving his wallet.

"No!" I shook myself off his back, finding my wallet and pulling it out, "One cotton candy please." I said to the woman politely. I pulled out a dollar and was handing it to her when Calum stepped in front of me, handing her a dollar. His tall back was towering over me and I whined, "Calum, stop! I wanted to it!" He turned around and looked down at me, smirking.

"Nope, this is my night for you. I am treating you, babe." I whined in frustration but accepted the cotton candy with a smile.

"Thanks, Cal, even though I was supposed to pay for it." I pouted. He stuck his tongue out at me but then opened his mouth and I fed him a piece of cotton candy. He licked his lips and smiled.

"Yummy." he said, taking my hand and we walked towards the games with the blinking lights.
