Ender: not yet, can you help me?
Kaya: sure, what do you need?

Ender is standing in front of the mirror and Kaya came from behind her.
Kaya: that's all what you want?

Kaya kissed her right shoulder and helped her close the zipper.
Ender looked at herself in the mirror

Ender: I look so fat
Kaya hugged her from behind: Look at me on the mirror, and tell me what do you see?
Ender looked at Kaya's reflection on the mirror: A great man hugging me, supporting me and loving me. Cute dimples, handsome man that any girl would dream of, and the most sweet-hearted person ever.
Kaya: you just saw my cute dimples and my handsomenesses, and all the other's are about personality. How do you expect me to see the weight you gained and you didn't see the aging signs on my forehead and the darkness under my eyes?
Ender smiled slightly: so what do you see in me?
Kaya turned her facing him: A wonderful woman, great mom and the best wife ever. Beautiful blue eyes that I can't take my eyes of them, the most beautiful girl in the neighborhood that every man was looking behind her and a the most stubborn person ever
Ender raised her left eyebrow: huh? So I am stubborn?

They are in the car, Kaya is driving, Ender is sitting on the passenger seat next to Kaya, the twins are on the backseat on their carseat, Erim is sitting between them, and Yigit is sitting in the third row.
Ender turned back, looked at the kids and laughed: I am taking a selfie.
Ender took a selfie, she looked at it and laughed: we turned to be a big family
Kaya looked at her and laughed: I never expected that.
Ender looked at Kaya and smiled widely: neither did I... *Ender looked at Erim* Erim, are they sleeping?
Erim: yes, both of them are asleep.
Ender laughed: you are a good babysitter Erim.

Yigit: I see you are in a good mood Ender hanim.

Later on, when everyone congratulated them, Karla was crying all the time, Ender was confused, the girl isn't hungry and she don't know what to do.
Kaya: Ender, what's going on?
Ender: I don't know Kaya, she isn't hungry and I gave her a medicine but she is still crying, what shall I do?
Kaya: Let's go out, she might be annoyed of the loud music.
Ender and Kaya went to the car to see what's wrong with their daughter.
Kaya: does she have fever?
Ender checked her: Yes she do.
Kaya: do you have the medicine for the fever with you?

Kaya: okay wait here, I will go inform the kids quickly and come back, don't worry I won't be late, okay?

After a while, Ender saw Kaya holding Elan and Erim and Yigit is following him.
They got into the car and they headed to the hospital, Karla is still crying.

Ender was trying to talk to Karla and caress her back, but she was still crying.

Kaya: 10 more mins

Elan woke up too because of the cries of his sister.

Ender and Kaya went in directly and they headed to the emergency
Kaya: doctor, my daughter has been crying for too long and she have a fever.
Doctor: let me see.
The doctor took Karla and he checked on her
Doctor: No need to worry, she got cold, but she had a stomachache and a fever and that's why she was crying.
Ender: I gave her medicine for her stomach.
Doctor: even though, she will still feel that she have gases, she won't feel comfortable and that's why she was crying.
Kaya: what shall we do now?
Doctor: I am going to write a medicine for the fever, you must keep it with you always, where ever you go and the one for the stomach.
Ender: okay.
Doctor: I gave her this medicine now and look how good she is.
Ender: thank you
Doctor: you need to take care about the fever, keep watching it.
