You yawn as you get up for the days chores and to get ready for kindergarten. But then you remember the Laughing Jack in the Box. You walk over to it and wind it up hoping it will work this morning. But it doesn't work sadly. You just go over to the window to see the Middle school students getting on to their bus. You can smell candy. You turn around and there's smoke! But not black or grey smoke. RAINBOW SMOKE!! YAY!!
When the smoke clears there's a person. A man??!!?!? Oh no this can't turn out good...
"Hi I'm jack!" He greets with a smile. "I was sent here by your star!"
"My star? You mean the one I wished on last night?" You ask with a big wide grin.
"Yep!" He grins. Maybe he's the one who can bring your life from sad to happy!
"Oh, well, I'm (Y/N)! It's so very pleasse..ent to meet you." You giggle, trying to impress him with big words.
"Here I'm going to tell you my story. I was sent here by your wishing star. I am here to make all of your wishes and wants to come true. So we can become best friends forever!" He announces with a huge grin. He seems just as excited as you are.
He goes inside the box as you get dressed and such. You're so happy to finally have a friend outside of school. Mom won't let friends come over so this is great!
Jack comes out of his box with just a little bit of smoke this time.
"I have to go to kindergarten school so I'll see you this af..ternoon" You smile then you just hop up into his arms and hug him with a giggle, his red hair tickling your nose. He hugs you back of course.
You walk out of the room almost bursting by containing your excitement.

Jacks helping with you homework tonight. Every answer you get right you get a piece of candy! It's very fun because your smart and you get a lot of answers correct.
"(Y/N)!!!! IT'S BED TIME GO TO SLEEP!!!" Your mother shrieks up the stairs. You just sigh out and puts your books away.
You climb into to the bed.
"You'll be here in the morning right?" You ask.
"Of course." He smiles gently. "Forever is a long time, (Y/N). But I really don't mind spending it with a sweet little girl like you."
You just giggle and jump up into his arms, hugging him. He hugs you back.
"Now go to sleep. Everydays tomorrow is a bigger day than yesterday." He smiles.
"Ok. Good night jack." You smile.
"Good night (Y/N)." With that he gives you a gentle kiss on top of the head.
You drift off to sleep..dreaming of a better tomorrow.
