Third person POV:
(Y/N) wiped away any remaining tears from eyes desperately trying to compose herself. She looked over at Kurt, who stared ahead blankly smirking, she noticed the one hand in his pocket instantly knowing that was were he'd kept the gun. She scanned the room suddenly noticing the camera at the back of the room, millions of people had to be watching this right now.

"Miss (L/N), several people saw the two of you speeding down a highway two days ago. Is this true?"

"Yes, that's true. Two police men, one of which is now dead BECAUSE uNo SHOT HIM!", (Y/N) smirked at uNo, who tutted and rolled her eyes.

"Mr Kunkle, were you conscious at the time of this incident?"

"Yeah I was! I was livestreaming actually you should ask my kurties if they can get you a recording of the stream!"

(Y/N) snorted at the name Kurt used to refer to his fans, the judge to turned in her direction, "Something funny Miss (L/N)?", he asked causing her to laugh even harder now.

"Oh nothing, shouldn't you be asking Kurt's KURTIES for a recording of the livestream?", (Y/N) replied almost in tears of laughter.

The judge cleared his throat, "I think we've heard enough"

"Waste of my time...", (Y/N)'s lawyer muttered.

(Y/N) rolled her eyes, "yeah...I'm just gonna plead as guilty, that ok with you?", Asked with a smile.

"Miss (Y/N) (L/N), how do you pl-"

"GUILTY!"

Gasps could be heard all across the court, although not for (Y/N)'s answer.
The judge was now sporting a wide hole through his skull dripping with thick, red blood.
(Y/N)'s eyes shot over to Kurt, his hand tight on the gun.
"Run", he mouthed at her, nodding his head towards the nearest exit.
(Y/N) pushed through the crowd of people ,who were much to worried about the dead body to notice her slip past them, with her hands still cuffed she shoved the door open with her shoulder. Sprinting down the corridor, shouts could be heard from behind her, Kurt had most likely made his exit now and would be running to meet her just round the corner. Hope of seeing Kurt lead her to speeding up, nearby footsteps grew louder by the second. Multiple footsteps. (Y/N) tripped, losing her balance before the exit, slamming her head on the concrete floor. Her vision, overwhelmed by a painful, flooding darkness.

(Flashback)

"It's over here mom, quick pull over",
(Y/N) yelled in a panic.

"Ok honey, look I'm going to need you to find where he's bleeding from. Think you can do that?"

(Y/N) shook her head through tears, pulling Kurt in closer.

"(Y/N), if you don't stop the bleeding you'll end up drenched in blood and your boyfriend will most likely be dead within the next few minutes...", (Y/N)'s mom smiled sympathetically at her daughter.

"He's not my boyfriend mom...", (Y/N) whispered through tears.

"Yeah well by the looks of things you to seem to be pretty close."

Her mom's eyes landed on the scene of (Y/N) tightly holding Kurt to her chest, stroking his hair. She softly pushed back the uneven strands of hair that hung down over his eyes, pressing her shaking hand against his forehead.

"Mom he's burning up, mom we've got to do something!", (Y/N) cried burying her face into Kurt's limp shoulder.

(Y/N)'s mom opened the car door making her way round to the back with (Y/N) and Kurt.

"(Y/N), you have to let go of him please. He could be in serious danger right now."

(Y/N) nodded sadly, before kissing him whispering a quick 'i love you',allowing her mom to take Kurt from her she headed inside her apartment. No matter how hard she tried to resist it she couldn't help but feeling an immense amount of guilt for her feelings. The look in his eyes had troubled her since the moment they met, she knew the look first hand. She'd worn it herself for many years until today from the hurt her mom had caused her. Trauma was shared between Kurt and her, both discarded like object by their parents.
Trauma bonding. However, she hadn't intended for her feelings to get this deep. She clutched her knees to her chest in the corner of her room, falling for a serial killer was something she'd never imagined. On one hand, (Y/N) fully understood the reason for his crimes, like everyone else in this twisted reality loosing his sanity to views and online attention, desperate to be seen. On the other she wondered if she to had lost her sanity, nothing but pain had been brought to her within the recent days but Kurt had been there for her, listening to her never ending problems and worries.
