                     - Chapter 19 -

"SO THIS is the report for the whole month, Rhena?" i asked my dad's secretary

She nooded and answer me. "Yes sir, and this is the report of the another branch," she said and handed the another folder

My eyes are on here focusing when someone open the door without knocking.

"Can you knock first?" tanong ko ng hindi tinitingan kung sino 'yon

"So your busy today?" thats the person's voice who entered my office

Iniangat ko ang ulo ko at inilapag ko muna ang hawak ong folder.

"What are you doing here?" i asked her

Umupo muna siya sa upuan sa harapan ko saka ako sinagot.
"My dad has an appointment to the Xentro Quatro Business Company and i miss you, did you miss me?"

Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay. "Why would i? your here because your family has an appointement to our company so if you wanna talk to me please kumuha ka ng appointment sa secretary ni dad pero hindi kita maaasikaso sa ngayon, im too busy to entairtain a not so important guess," i coldly said

"And before i forgot if you already appointed please i only accept business talk when it come's to stranger's." i added

Saka ako tumayo at naglakad palabas sa office.

"Let's go, Rhena" i said to my dad's secretary  agad naman itong sumunod.

AFTER TALKING to that crazy woman, i went straight to Thirdy's condo, because i was sure my friends were there and didn't even call me.

I didn't even knock on the door. Dumiretso na akong pumasok, i found my friends sitting in a sofa while talking.

"Can't you even knock first!?" sigaw nito saka tiningnan ako na pumasok

"Seems like your not okay?" tanong ni Rence

"I'm not just not okay, that woman,she's crazy..." sagot ko

"Who?" they asked at the same time

Umupo ako sa sofa saka sila sinagot.

"The woman who kept chasing me, she's not my type either." sagot ko

"Hmm, seems like the daughter of Prezilia, am i right?" Jethro inquired

Isinandal ko ang ulo ko sa sofa.

"She's crazy!"

Natawa sila sa naging sagot ko.

"Actually, i heard that they are appointing an meet up to the whole Xentro Quarto Business Group," sabi ni Dy

"How long na bang na-pending ang request nila sa Xentro Quarto Business Group?" i asked

"Almost one year na rin,hindi naman sa ayaw ng board na ma-approved ang request nila kung hindi sa kadahilanang mahirap magtiwala kaya hindi sila nagaaproved kahit na ilang beses nang nagpapasa ng request ang Prezilia Group of Company pero hindi iyon na-a-approved, kaya siguro sila nagrequest ng meet-up para kumbinsihin ang buong board ng Xentro Quarto Business Group." komento ni Rence

"Well we all know kung gaano karuming makipaglaro ang Prezilia Group of Company pagdating sa business world, kaya halos lahat ng mga kalaban nila ganun na lang ang takot kapag sila ang makakabangga," sabat naman ni Dy

"Tss. Why would be afraid, always remember that Xentro Quarto Business Group is working right at wala tayong inaapakan na iba. Prezilia Group of Company should be afraid dahil isang kahihiyan ito sa kanila kapag hindi nila tayo napapayag. Remember ng magmayabang 'yong anak nila na malapit na maging partner group ang Prezilia Group of Company at Xentro Quarto Business Group," saad ni Jethro

"Yeah. They should dahil puno sila ng kayabangan kailangan nilang mapatunayan na nakuha nila ang suporta ng buong Xentro Quarto Business Group para sa kompanya nila," dugtong ko naman

"But what if pumayag ang board sa offer nila?" biglaang tanong ni Dy

Nagkibit balikat si Jethro.
"As if mapapayag nila, we all know kung bakit hindi na-a-approved ang request nila.Xentro Quarto Business Group is not stupid they can't easily convince the board and just give a simple reason why they will agree to the offer,"

"Well, alam natin kung bakit sila kumakapit ngayon sa XQBG dahil alam nila na nangunguna tayo business world, gusto nila tayong pabagsakin ng walang kaalam alam but we're to smart not to think also that na may potential na gawin nila ang mga bagay na ginagawa nila sa mga investors ng ibang kompanya," Jethro said

"If they play dirty games well do the same too, just to be fair.We all know kung bakit nagpupumilit sila, just because their daughter is obsess with Xavier Montenegro at alam rin natin na matagal na nilang gustong makuha ang kalahati ng XQBG kaya lang sadyang ayaw ng board at based rin sa sinabi ni Jethro  there are many people who want to bring down Xentro Quatro Business and those who tried to grow it including our investors and partnered groups, because of not only being famous but the methods and techniques that others can't do. There is a saying, if you want to get something, work hard. And 'yan ang hindi kayang panindigan ng Prezilia Group of Company kaya sila kumakapit sa Xentro Quarto Business Group," Rence reacted said

Point to point.... Prezilia Group of Company wants to bring down Xentro Quatro Businesses. And we won't let it happen, hirap at pagsisikap ang puhunan ng mga taong tumulong na lumago ang XQBs kaya hindi pwedeng mawala lang 'yon ng ganun kabilis.

"Besides, hindi madaling makuha ang tiwala ng mga board when it comes to the Xentro Quarto Businesses welfare." i added

Tumango sila sa sinabi ko.

"Gladly, hindi tanga ang board, pero we should be more careful dahil kung hindi pumayag sina dad at ang board sa offer paniguradong gagawa sila ng ibang paraan makuha lang ang gusto nila. We must be ready for what will happen next, the entire name of Xentro Quarto Businesses is at stake here." Thirdy said worriedly

I was about to answer Dy's worries when my phone rang.

"Hello dad," i answer on the other line

"You must heard about the arrivals of Prezilia Group of Company Boards?" he asked

"Yeah.Pinuntahan ako ng baliw nilang anak sa HQ kanina, when will be the meeting–i mean meet-up meeting about their offer to us?" i asked him back

I heard how dad let out a deep breath and spoke again.

"Tomorrow. Bukas ang gusto nila and since walang masyadong schedule bukas pumayag ang board kanina sa meeting para matapos na rin raw ang pangungulit nila sa request." dad answer

"This must be a big day tomorrow, okay dad well see you tomorrow.." paalam ko saka pinatay ang tawag

"So must be a big day, and mukhang may hindi maganda ang mood bukas," ngising saad ni Rence

"Xentro Quarto Businesses is one of the rivals ng Prezilia Group of Company at ang mommy ni crazy woman na habol ng habol sa'yo Xavier mortal na kaaway ni Tita Michelle," sabi ni Thirdy

Napangiti na lang ako sa mangyayari bukas, rivals well be having a meet up, tomorrow.......!
