Applying a coat of the dark red lipstick and smacking her lips against each other, Anabiya smiled looking at herself in the mirror.

She looked down to see her outfit.
She had decided to wear her mehendi outfit, the one that she wore on her own mehendi.
It was beautiful and not many people had seen it.
Everyone will be unknown to her today so repeating the outfit won't matter much.

Hammad had gone down minutes before after getting ready in a kruta and salwar.
He looked handsome to her.

She could hear the commotion downstairs meaning everyone had already gathered in the hall and must be about to leave.

Thinking to go to the washroom one last time before leaving, Anabiya quickly got inside the washroom locking the door and got to her business.

It was after around 5 minutes that Anabiya got out of the washroom after emptying her bladder.
Quickly picking the clutch, Anabiya moved downstairs and reached the hall.

Her eyes then met with an empty hall. There wasn't the presence of anyone.
No one could be seen.

Her eyes then moved to the main door of entry of the house and frowned when she found it shut.
Anabiya moved near the door and found it locked.
Her heart rate was picking up.

With a heavy gulp, she looked through the windows beside the door.
And her eyes turned wide and then turned glossy when she saw her whole family getting inside the car while some were settling themselves in the taxi.

Did they just leave her?

Did they just forget she was supposed to go to the nikaah as well?

Did they forget she was also a bahu of their family?

How could Hammad forget his own wife?

Maybe he never realized between so many people.
Anabiya made herself believe that there must be some misunderstanding.

But her mind was saying otherwise.

"Hammad!"

"Hammad!"

"Ammi!"

"Abbu!"

"Ahad!"

She yelled everyone's name but she was sure no one was able to listen her.
The house was completely shut and the car was also at a good distance from here.

Quickly thinking in her mind, Anabiya thought to run to the roof so they could hear her.
Her legs ran to the staircase and lifting the lehenga in her hands, Anabiya climbed the stairs as quickly as possible for her.

The door of the roof was shut.
The iron gate was heavy and Anabiya faced a difficulty to open the lock of it.
It wasn't opening.

Finally after a minute or two and her nail breaking from the middle, blood pouring out of it, Anabiya was able to open the gate and ran to the very end where she could see the car below on the road.

"Hammad!" She yelled so loud that she was sure almost the whole colony must be able to hear her.

"Hammad!" She yelled again.

And she could hear her heart breaking into pieces as she saw the car and the taxi moving away from their house.

Her glossy eyes full of tears, were now flowing out like a river.
Placing a hand on her mouth to control the sobs, Anabiya ran back downstairs.

But a massive sob broke out of her lips as she saw each and every window of the house closed, the door locked from outside.
There was no bloody way she could get outside of this house.
