My body shivered as I walked across the cold floor of my apartment to my small kitchen
I turned on the coffee maker and began to make a fresh pot; I glanced at the key rack seeing his keys were still there
A smile found its way to my lips as I took them off the hook, I found his car key and took it off the hook placing it atop the microwave
"Morning" Andy said kissing my cheek before taking his keys from me, "You're not staying for breakfast?" I asked he glanced at me then back at his phone
"Next time, I promise" he gave me hug then left closing the door behind him I sighed picking up the key to his car in my palm holding it out
"Micah" I heard him groan as he came back down the hall, he opened my door and grabbed the key from my hand, I gently grabbed his hand
"I'll see you again...right?" I asked, he smiled pulling me into his chest "I promise" he mumbled into my ear
