Chapter 2

Inadu's point of view
It's early in the morning, and Luna is still sleeping. I don't trust the Mikaelsons at all, which means I'm gonna have to create two totems to make Luna and I immortal. She woke up around 9:00 am. "Good Morning, sweetie. Mommy need your blood for a spell to make you immortal", I told her. "Immortal? Wow, that's cool! You don't need much of my blood, do you? I don't want it to hurt", she said. "I only need a drop to complete the ritual", I explained. "Okay", Luna said as she reached out her finger. I did the ritual, and succeeded to make two powerful blue totems for my daughter and I. As long as they were whole, we would be un killable. There was only one problem that came with it, Luna wouldn't age. I sighed, and I chose to break the totem. "I'm sorry honey, but you can't come with me when I'm going out today. It might be dangerous", I said and left the house. I put a boundary spell around the property so that no one could come in, and for her not to leave and end up in any kind of trouble.

I went to the lake house to clear my head. I was so angry at Klaus Mikaelson for what he said the day before. It made me want to murder him. I tried to be nice. They want the old Inadu? I'll give them the old Inadu. I head Klaus' daughter were coming home that day. And I was gonna be there. Late that night, I went to the Mikaelson compound. Hope was sitting in her room, painting. "Hello again, you have grown", I said. She turned around and saw me. She looked freaked out. "The hollow? How are you here?", she asked nervous. "Doesn't matter, all that matters is that your father hears you scream as I torture you to death", I used my powers to choke hold her. She was lifted in the air, and she was choked. And then I telekinetic pushed her into the wall.

Klaus must have heard it all. He ran upstairs and saw me. "I knew you were here to hurt come for her again!", he yelled. "Trust me, I wasn't. But I'm not very happy of the thing you said yesterday, Klaus. I want you to get on your knees and apologize before I suck the life out of your precious daughter, Hope", I said as I choked her with my powers. I could see Klaus didn't know what to do. But he didn't hesitate. He got down on his knees and begged me not to hurt her. "Please don't hurt her! Leave my daughter alone and I will leave yours alone", he said. I smirked. "Good, that's what I wanted to hear", I stopped choking Hope. Hope was shocked. She didn't know I had a daughter. "What!? Her daughter? Inadu has a daughter!?", she asked. Klaus was staring down at the floor, he clearly didn't know what to say. "That's' right. She's 7. The same age as you were when I took control of your body and tried to take you down for your power", I explained. I knew the Mikaelsons would like to kill me for what happened, but they didn't because they didn't want to take the life of an innocent child's mother. No matter how guilty the mother was. 1500 years ago, I was killed by my own mother because I was so ruthless. In my experience, mothers aren't good. But after seeing how much Hayley Marshall wanted to protect Hope, I learned how mothers was supposed to be like. She inspired me to raise Luna. And now that I know how much a mother loves her child, I know how hard it must have been for Klaus and Hayley when I came for Hope that time. "I never thought I would say this, but I'm sorry, Hope. I'm sorry for ruining your childhood", I said and left the compound. Hope was 15 years old at that time, the same age as I was when I was taken down by my mother. I will be 15 years old forever, even as a mother for Luna.

I went home to check on Luna. She had fallen asleep on the couch. I stroke her hair, and she woke up. "Mom, where have you been?", she asked. "I'm sorry, dear. I had to deal with some stuff. Come on, let me follow you to bed", I grabbed her hand. I put her to bed and sang for her. I kissed her forehead and left the room.
