Luna's point of view
We have been in New Orleans for a few months now. My mommy and the Mikaelsons try to get along, but mommy says that one of them, Klaus, don't want to accept her presence. I don't know why. It is making me sad. I remember one day I had woken up, I looked out of the window and I could see the Christmas lights had been beginning to get set up around the city. My mom and I never celebrated Christmas. I didn't even know what it was about, and why people celebrated it. Until one day. There was a knock on the door, my mom went to open. A man stood there. That was Elijah, one of the Mikaelsons. "Hello", he said to my mom. He then looked at me. "Hi there, little one", he said. I smiled and said hello. My mom hinted for me to go upstairs, and I did. But I sat down at the stairs, seeing what was going on.Inadu's point of view
Elijah invited both me and Luna to the Mikaelson compound for Christmas. At first I didn't know what to say. We never celebrated Christmas before, and I never told Luna what it was. "Uhm... my daughter and I never celebrated Christmas", I carefully explained. "Oh, right, I guess you aren't Christians.. I mean since you are kind of a devil", he then said. "What? No, it's not that. It's just... we haven't been celebrating it", I told him. "Your child hasn't been at any Christmas parties? Not even at school?", Elijah then asked. "She don't go to school, I want to keep her safe. I teach her what needs to be taught", I smiled nervously. Elijah asked me if Luna knew anything at all about my history. I explained that I have told her about my age, and that I'm a witch. That's all. She doesn't know about my dark side, which is for the best. He begged me to take Luna to the Christmas celebration. He meant that she would benefit from it. At the end, I agreed to it. I went to tell Luna about it, but then I caught her sitting in the stairs, spying. She looked upset. "Mom.. are you bad?", she suddenly asked. "Sweetie", I tried. She got up from the stairs. "Are you bad!?", she yelled. I brought her to her room and made her sit down at her bed, I sat down next to her. "Listen, there are things grown ups know that kids shouldn't. I want what's best for you", I stroke her hair. Tears ran down her face. "Please tell me, mommy", she wiped her tears. I tried to explain it carefully. "Before you were born, I was very bad. But it all was for a necessary reason. Power", I smirked. "You see, my child. Sometimes it is okay to be necessary evil. You will learn it eventually", I kissed her cheek and left the room. After a week, the day was here. It was Christmas day. Luna came downstairs really early, at 8:00 am. She was so excited. I had made breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, and waffles. I wondered what to put on for the Christmas party. I went to my room, and grabbed a red dress. I also went to Luna's room and grabbed a dress for her too. Later that day, we got our dresses on, and I helped Luna doing her hair. And then I did my own hair, and put on some makeup and my favorite perfume. At 6:00 pm, we arrived at the Mikaelson compound. The dinner was served. "Welcome, ladies", Elijah said. Freya came in. "Are we welcoming our enemies to the dinner table now?", she asked. "Sister, these are our guests. Elijah made me go along by with it. He gave me his word that no fights are going to appear. The Hollow got her child here, and she's innocent", Klaus said. "I would really appreciate you all not talking about my past with her presence", I sighed.
After the dinner, it was time to open Christmas presents. I only brought one present, and that was for my daughter. A jewelry. "A present? For me? Wow, I have never had a Christmas present before", she said. The Mikaelsons looked at me annoyed. "What? We don't usually celebrate Christmas", I told them. Luna was so happy for the jewelry. She hugged me. Suddenly, Kol came. He was late, as always. He didn't even eat dinner there. He was shocked when he saw me. "Woah, did I miss something here?", he asked. He had brought Davina Claire, his girlfriend. The one I resurrected. "Looks like you're still alive, didn't die when I was killed? I mean we were technically linked", I told her. She rolled her eyes. "Kol got Hope to unlink us", she said. I looked at Hope, who was now much older. She was only 7 at the time I was there tormenting the city.
After the Christmas party, Luna and I went home. The time was 12:00 am then. "It's really late, sweetie. Right up to bed", I told Luna when we got into the house. "Okay, mom", she said and went upstairs to her room. I got there in a few minutes, and tucked her in. After tucking her in, I went to bed myself.
