About two weeks have past since the Party, and she didn't mind the break, but after a while she just got bored staying in her room the whole time. She'd gone through, what felt like, all the books she had. She had to settle on rereading them multiple times over

A loud rapping arrived at her door, taking her attention from the book she was reading. She just stared blankly at the door.

Strawberry blonde hair peeked around the door with an almost infectious smile on their face.

"How's~ It going~" Her best friend, Urion, asked as they bounded into the room. Their bright, violet eyes matched their smile, making Y'sh almost want to smile.

"Bored" She responded.
"Did someone miss me?" They chuckled softly, moving to sit down on the edge of the bed.

She nodded, it really is boring being on bedrest alone.

"How cute! How much longer are you stuck here?" They asked.

She sighed. "week." She hated it. She wanted to finish her last job, and she was utterly and incredibly bored.

"Yikes" they said, sucking in a breath in between their teeth.

"How you feeling?"

She nodded. It hurt, but she could start moving again.

"You want to get out of here for a little?" Urion wiggled their eyebrows in a teasing manner. Y'sh scrunched her face in confusion.

"Old man Crial sent me to fetch some stuff for dinner tonight!" They looked happier than ever, for a moment.

Realization dawned on Y'sh. She could help Urion at the market and get out of bed without having to do much work. She held her thumb up, giving them her odd grin and vehemently nodding her head.

"Nice!" they cheered. "You gonna change or...?" They glanced over her appearance and she just responded with a bored look.

"Okay okay" Holding their hands up in defense, they chuckled. They moved to the door but stopped short

"Am I allowed to stay?" They asked like a needy child, smirking playfully.

"Out." She deadpanned.

"Ok, but for real. Will you need help." A rare, serious energy surrounded them as they glanced at her shoulder. She shrugged with a painful wince. They gave her a sideways glance before slipping out of the room. A soft thud following the closing of the door, as they leaned on it.

Y'sh took a minute before getting up, a reminder of how it was still painful. She swung her legs over the edge of the bed, using her left hand to push herself off. She stumbled a little, but quickly found her balance.

Heading over to the wardrobe, she sifted through the clothes, deciding to wear her favorite outfit. She managed to get dressed through all the pain and wincing. She emerged from the room, clad in; baggy black pants with lots of pockets, combat boots, and an off-the-shoulder croptop with straps. Her chest bandaged exposed through the gaps at her shoulders.

Urion whistled. "Look who finally doesn't look like a sleeping rat."

She gave them an annoyed look, heading down the stairs with Urion trailing behind.

"You look like you wanna hurt this beautiful face." They were so full of themself, which was annoying but oddly endearing. Though they weren't wrong. They were tall, extremely tall. They towered over Y'sh, though most did. They had a mark below the left side of their mouth. Their violet eyes always shone bright, matching their exciteable personality. Even their short, strawberry blonde hair was attractive.
