"So what happened? You know to the James that I knew this morning? "
"What do you mean? This is how I usually am." Really?
"So your just nice and sweet at 3am?"
"No I just was being all nice cause I thought you weren't going to my school but when you said you going to the same school I knew I had to show you the real me." James said giving me a wink
What a crappy lie.
"No, that was obviously the real you this morning but when you found out I was going to the same school as you thought, 'Well, now I have to show her the fake me.' " I say mocking him. Then he says, "No not at all. This is the real me baby."
I reply with a sarcastic tone "Oh really? Ok you know what I BELIVE you." After we were done with our "The Reproductive System Diagram Worksheet.",the bell rings and I pick up my stuff and leave.
Thank you Jesus. Then I hear footsteps behind me and I turn around and him again. "What do you want now?" I ask him
"Well I'm having a party at my house today so if you wanna stop by..... which you obviously want to."
He just got here and he's throwing a party? Today? He just got here! And we just got out of first period! You know what, I don't care.
I roll my eyes and say "Not in your wildest dreams Loverboy. "
He says "Well if you change your mind I will be saving a seat for you" The he pinches my waist and walks away.
"He what??!!" Luanna yells at me looking away from her locker. I roll my eyes
"Invited me to his party..." I mumble .
"And you said what?" Oh my gosh. "I said no." She gives me a death glare. "No! I know you Riley what did you actually say?"
I clear my voice.
"Um, I just said 'Not in your wildest dreams Loverboy'."
"I'm going to strangle you!"
"There is a actual reasonable answer why I said no though!"
"Oh really Riley."She says and rolls her eyes. Oh my gosh,is a party really that important?
"Yes there is one, he is a arrogant jerk that expects me to go because he thinks that he is the sexist man alive so by going it will be just proving his point. So I am not going so he can get over himself! "
Luanna looks at me with a blank face and says,"Well if you do go you get to socialize instead of being in your room watching 'The Notebook' for the 300th time while eating Nutella!"
I shush her and say in a hushed voice, "I do not watch The Notebook while eating Nutella. I watch the The Notebook while eating pizza!"
Well ok mabye a little bit Nutella on some strawberries... but still!
She looks at me like she will actually strangle me but thank Jesus the bell rings.
She whisper shouts."This is not over!" She slams her locker and walks away. I roll my eyes and walk to my next class.
Lucky for me I have the next 5 classes with Loverboy.
It's a pain but 4 out of 5 of those classes he was not siting next to me,but he still finds ways to bug me. And if that isn't enough this girl was glaring at me like it was my fault he threw paper across the class to hit me but it accidently hit her. Don't be mad at me? Be mad at Loverboy!
And ON TOP OF THAT Luanna was bothering me and poking me going on and on and on about the party. Even at Lunch! Like let me eat this stale pizza in peace! Finally the end of the day rolls by and Luanna was still talking about the party while we were walking home when James (aka Loverboy) came over and said,"Are you guys talking about MY party? Like I wouldn't blame you because everyone is talking about it."
Then he looks at me then to Luanna. He loudly whispered "Who's this red head beauty?" and winks at her. I'm about to kill him. I'm about to kill him. I glare at him and reply with a im-gonna-strangle-you voice,"First of all Loverboy is orangish reddish,you color blinded dolphin!"
Good one Riley.
"Second of all her name is Luanna and please don't try to flirt with her,she has a boyfriend." Luanna looks at me confused and asks,"I do?"
I glare Luanna and she looks back to James and says,"I do."
Then James says,"Well I invited your friend Riley to come over but she sadly turned me down. But you're welcome to join. Do you want to come?" Before I can say anything Luanna says,"Yes I would love to." She then looks to me and says,"Riley I'm gonna go with or without you,which one." I look her surprised but then I shrug and say "Well have fun." And with that I walk into my house
