                  "I do not know his name " she said which made him confused."But you said you were in love with him for almost a year" he said. "Yes, but I don't know his name, when I was about to confess my feelings for him, the accident happened" she sadly said. The conversation turned silent for a while and then he asked her where to find the guy she loved for which she said "He is where the flowers are" this confused him even more. Finally he lost patience and said" Listen Mera, you have to tell me more about yourself so that I can figure out a way to reach him" for which she nodded and was ready to tell about herself.
                Mera was an orphan, abandoned by her parents the minute they knew she was blind. So she grew up in an orphanage for disabled people but the orphanage treated them badly as they were sent as child labours to various places. Since she was blind she had to get somebody help for few of her day to day activities. She had a very close friend called Daisy ,who was dead but they were best friends in the orphanage. Since both of them had a pleasant voice they would sing in the church choir. The father in the church was very good to them and  gave them presents for christmas.
                The church father passed away few years back and it was always customary for Mera and Daisy to visit his grave and lay a wreath for him every Christmas. But unfortunately Daisy fell sick two years back and was taken to another orphanage where she died , so once again Mera was left alone to face the hardships of the world alone. She still sang in the church choir to make her living and the condition of her orphanage changed into a better one. One year back, it was christmas and she had to buy flowers to visit the grave, as she went into the flower shop, she accidentally pushed somebody. The woman started shouting hysterically at Mera which made her cry but the man working in the flower shop was so kind to her and apologised to Mera for the woman's behaviour and took a bunch of flowers and kept it in Mera's hands.
             From that moment on she started visiting him very often but did not have the heart to confiscate her opinion on him. The owner of the shop was a woman who for some reason kept yelling at the man Mera was in love with. He was seen in the shop every morning and she often wondered where he went other times. Mera was really scared to ask his whereabouts to the owner and so she never attempted for it. Everyday she goes to the flower shop, same time he was available and get flowers from him. She started loving him from his touch when he handed over the flowers and it was genuine and pure. One day when he gave her flowers there was a thorn in it so he made sure it did not poke her finger and snatched the rose bouquet from her hand and took out the thorn and apologised to Mera. This was the very act which made her fall in love with the man.
               Malcolm was very much astonished with what Mera had said but there were many flower shops in the city and did not know where to start as she could not remember the place. "How can you have a memory loss for this alone Mera" he asked her but she said it's her orphanage vehicle which used to drop them and pick them up from the location. "Okay so I know where to start now" said Malcolm and they headed straight to the orphanage where Mera used to live.
                Once they reached the orphanage Mera was so excited but they could not reveal to anybody that her phantasm was guiding him for they will think him to be a lost mad man. So they met the head of the orphanage to whom Malcolm identified himself as Mera's friend, but they did not have any belongings of Mera but a piece of paper which said "sorry". Malcolm handed it over to Mera who can't see as she is blind  and  said it was the bill for flowers but he said " it's not the bill Mera, it's a note of apology" though she did not remember who gave her the paper for she was sure it was not him and so Malcolm kept it in his wallet as a clue to find Mera's him.
                 The head of the orphanage said he still remembered Mera's sweet voice and her lovable nature for she always comes to everyone's aid though she herself had difficulties. He also said that Malcolm was lucky to have had a friend like Mera and indeed he really was deep inside his heart.

Who gave Mera the apology note? Why did Malcolm think it might be a clue? When she remembers everything else, why not the location for the shop? To know more answers travel with me.
