Chapter 4: The challenge

That night

(Y/N)'s POV

Cecilia didn't finish the conversation. I was in my room talking to Tawanda.

(Y/N): You know, Taw, i met another male student here.

Tawanda turned to me with a curious look.

(Y/N): Although he's a complete moron, he's not a bad guy. The whole class are drooling over him and me, but he doesn't seem to notice. I simply don't care.

Tawanda rubbed her head on my hand.

(Y/N): I'm glad you're here with me.

I was interupted by shouting and breaking of wood.

(Y/N): GRRRRRRR!

I slammed my door open to see what's going on.

(Y/N): NEVER INTERUPT ME!

I saw Ichika on the ground with a wooden katana in his door. Some of the other girls were watching. Ichika got up and got behind me. I saw the door open and there was Houki... with nothing but a towel on. Her face got even more red when she saw me. She took her katana and attacked me. I didn't move.

Houki: DIE!

Her blade pierced my stomach, but i was just staring at her in the eyes. I was towering over her.

Houki: I-I-I-I'm so sorry.

She fell to her knees and started crying. Then she looked at me expecting me to die, but her sadness got mixed with confusion when i didn't even flinch. I slowly pulled the blade out. My wond healed immediately.

(Y/N): I'LL EAT THE PAIN.

Everyone was in shock. I gave the sword back to her. I looked at the hole in the door, then at Ichika, then at Houki.

(Y/N): You saw her going out of the bathroom with nothing but a towel and she attacked you for that, am i right?

Ichika: Y-Yes. How are you-

(Y/N): Alive? Well, i might tell you one day. When you get better at using the IS.

Ichika: That means i'll have to wait at least 350 years.

The three of us laughed.

Random girl: So, this is (L/N)-kun's room?

I turned around.

Another random girl: Good to know.

I turned back to Ichika.

(Y/N): It's better for me to get back. Stay safe you two.

And so i went inside. I wished good night to Tawanda and went to sleep.

The next morning

I got up earlier today because of voices in front of my door.

???: Move a little i want to see!

???: Hey, me next!

???: It's my turn!

I groaned and grabbed my axe and a sharpening stone. I sat on my desk in front of Taw and started sharpening my axe. After around 10 minutes it was razor sharp.

(Y/N): LOOK AT THAT PUNGENT KILL STICK!

I opened the door and a bunch of girls fell on my floor. They all looked up at me.

(Y/N): I'M GONNA PUT MY PAIN INTO YOUR SOUL!

They got up and ran away. I just chuckled and started walking to the classroom.
