Chapter 15: Science and Violence

Cecilia's POV

I was looking at (Y/N) as he faded away. Tears filled my eyes. I looked at the others. They started crying. I turned to Ms.Orimura.

Cecilia: Wh-What happened? Where did he go?

She stood in silence. I got angry.

Cecilia: WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM?!

She looked at me with a bit of sadness in her eyes.

Ms.Orimura: This guy with the mask on his face. He was after him for years. Looks like Tabane was working with him. They took them to the other part of the world.

I got a little confused.

Cecilia: Other part?

Ms. Orimura and Ms.Yamada looked at each other with concern.

Ms.Orimura: Orimura, Alcott, Dunois, Bodewig, Huang, follow me.

We did as she said. We arrived at her office. A hologram projected above her desk. 

Ms.Orimura: This here is the part of the world that we're in right now.

It looked completely normal. She projected another hologram.

Ms.Orimura: And this...this is the other part of the world. They call it 'The Borderlands'.

I saw what the other part was. It was a complete wasteland, with a really bizzare flora and fauna. I was about to cry again. Thinking about him, there. He'll survive, i'm sure of it, but it still hurts.

Ichika: W-What are we gonna do?

Ms.Yamada: First, we'll have to try and contact him. Although, his IS might still not be working., so we'll have to find another way to do so.

Cecilia's mind: I'll find you , (Y/N). We'll be together once again.

Present time

(Y/N)'s POV

Hammerlock walked towards us. Claptrap was still on the ground.

Hammerlock: I came here to research the bullymongs for my almanac, but Captain Flynt's men trapped me on this glaicer. Many thanks for disposing of them, by the way. To survive a direct run-in with Handsome Jack AND defeat Captain Flynt's bandits? Unheard of! I'm headed to Sanctuary, myself. From what i hear, the Crimson Raiders there could use someone like you. 

He extended his hand to me

Hammerlock: Now, if you could hand me the robot's eye, please.

I gave him Claptrap's eye. He knelt down next to Claptrap.

Hammerlock: Now, i only need to connect this to this and...

He slammed Claptrap in the face. I honestly don't think it was necesarry, but who cares?

Hammerlock: That should do it!

Claptrap jumped back up.

Claptrap: Ha-HA! I am ALIIIIIVE!

Hammerlock: Oh, dear. He's talking again.

Claptrap turned to me.

Claptrap: Minion! Now i've got my eyesight back...and you're far uglier than i remembered! Time to join up with the Crimson Raiders in Sanctuary! This glaicer's full of nothing but murderers or jerkbags, like that Hammerlock dude!

Hammerlock: I'm standing right here, 'dude'. Now that Liar's Berg is clear, i might as well turn on the power. This town's full of things that may be of use to a go-getting slayer of men like yourself
