Chapter 4: Always Watching

Gru didn't think nothing but, ' I'M GOING TO KILL DAT BOY! I'M GOING TO KILL DAT BOY AS SOON AS HE ENTERS DE HOUSE!!!' He grabbed his car keys and rushed to the car. He wouldn't bump cars out of the road if the girls were in the car with him, but he was in such a bad mood then his usual, he didn't care. As he ran into the kindergarten room, all of the other parents stopped and starred at him because, of corse, they knew who he was. They whispered to each other things like, " Is he going to blow up the school?" or " Is he going to freeze all of the teachers to steal their payday?" Then Agnes got up from her table and ran to Gru's feet, then said " Daddy!", as she was jumping into his arms. "Daddy?!" all of the parents called in confusion. " Yes.. She is my daughter... Is dere a problem with dat?" " N-no no there isn't..." one parent said, then another one started, "It's just that.. You're a villain... A few months ago you popped a balloon right in my son's face!"

" Ugh! I am not in de mood to deal with people right now, lets go Agnes."he replied as he ran outside and jumped into the car. " What's wrong daddy?" the sweet, innocent 5 year old ask the big, evil master-mind. " Noting," he told Agnes as he bumped a car off of the road, " I'm just in a bad mood, a VERY bad mood." "Oh.." she looked down at her feet as they pulled into the driveway. He stomped into the house, Agnes skipping behind. " Margo, I need to talk to yoo, in private." he said loudly as he walked into the kitchen. "Margo, I vant yoo to sto- vere'd his phone go?" He then looked all over the counter for it. " Oh, Dilyn came by and got it.. Why?" " Dilyn is...well... I-....I vant yoo to stop seeing him. He's bad news." " Why?!" her eyes slowly gathered tears, "I knew you would do this.. You would keep me away from him..." " No yoo don't understand.. He is planning with his mother to steal my weapons!" "I'll believe that when I hear it out of his mouth!!!!" she yelled as she ran upstairs.

"Margo!" he yelled as he ran upstairs after her, "Seriously, him and his mother are going to try to steal my weapons!"

" How would you know?!" " De proof is on his phone... Trust me." " Ok I still am never goi-" 'DING DONG!' the doorbell chimed once more. Gru walked downstairs to go get it. "Oh... Dilyn.... It's yoo..." Gru smirked as he let the faker in, " I know vhat yoo've been up to..." "I-I-uh-I... have no clue what you're talking about Mr.Gru." Dilyn stuttered. "Whatever brat, just remember," Gru got up in Dilyn's face, " I am always, ALWAYS, watching yoo. Got eet?!" " Y-ye-yes s-s-sir." he stammered as he slowly made his way to the stairs. " ALWAYS watching.." Gru whispered as Dilyn went upstairs slowly. "Always..."

"Margo? What's wrong?!" Dilyn acted worried as he came into her room. " Nothing, just PROMISE me you will NEVER go up against my dad, ok?" she sniffled, eyes filled with trust. " I-uh I-I-I....promise." he sighed and went to comfort her. "W-want to listen to some Owl City? I brought my iPod Touch with me." Dilyn placed one headphone in her ear, the other one in his. "The Saltwater Room" played as Margo sang along, "So tell me 'Dilyn' do you wish we'd fall in looooove?" she lifted up her head to look up at him to hear his reply. "A-All the time." "All the tiiiiiime."

Gru slowly made his way up the stairs to spy on Dilyn and Margo. Wile he was upstairs, Agnes asked Edith, " What's going on?" "I don't know, Agnes, I DON'T know....." she shrugged as they both put their eyes back on the tv screen. Gru peeked through the door to the girls' room, to see Margo asleep in Dilyn's arms. "Crap," Gru whispered, "He must've asked her to date him. And as I expected, she said 'Yes'." He then put his hand over the bridge of his nose and then sighed, "I understand now why my cousin's dad didn't want her to date anyone..ugh."

"Bye Dilyn talk to you tomorrow!" Margo called as Dilyn looked back at her and Gru, just to see Gru whispering "I am always watching yoo leetle brat...always." Dilyn then gulped as he shut the door. ' I sure am happy he didn't pull anything tonight.' Gru thought as he put the girls to bed. "Please let us watch Lion King 2 with you daddy!" "Please!!" Agnes and Edith begged as they tried their best not to get picked up by him. " Ok fine leetle keetens, just go to bed as soon as dis movie is over ok?" "Ok daddy thanks!" they said in harmony as Margo joined them.

As Dilyn walked home, his mother called him. " Did you get any info about Gru's lab yet?" "No I haven't yet.." "Well you beter hurry, or else!" "Yes mom.." "Love you sweetie.." "Love you too mom.." "Bye." "Bye." Then Dilyn thought, 'I will get the info..if I don't fall in love first..'
