POV: Sita Mahalakshmi's Last Letter To Lieutenant Ram before knowing that's he's no more💔
Dear Ram,
20 years & still counting for the day that I could hear from you. You may not be with me, but I'm feeling you in our memories that I cherish all these years. Every moment we lived together seemed like poetry to me. Still young & fresh in my heart.
Our quietest walks & loudest laughters. Our prettiest eyes and widest smiles. Our hardest times & deadliest pain. Everything! Neither will they fade into the thin air of Hyderabad or melt into the white snow of Kashmir.
The moment you held my wrist, calling me your wife between the burning walls, it seemed like you promised upon the sacred fire of our marriage. This is what I meant by "In the burning flames of the battlefield, Sita found her groom." From that moment onwards, my heart refused to beat for me, but for you.
Is it right to leave your wife alone in Ayodhya while you are imprisoned in Lanka? Either you should come back or take me with you. Because, wherever Ram lives, Sita finds her home there.
My 1080th letter to you throughout these 20 years ends here. I Love You.
Your Wife,
Sita Mahalakshmi-ωяιттєη ву ραямιтнα- 💕
