Chapter 3

The motorcycle stopped at a stop near the beach. Theodore got off the bike, took off Jess's helmet and helped her off.

- Thanks a lot. Can we go?- the girl asked.

-Yes. I'll just take the basket and let's go,- the guy answered and took the basket.

As soon as they arrived, Jessica spread the blanket out on the sand, took off her sneakers, and lay down on top of him. Meanwhile Theo was already walking on the water.

- Can we take a walk? - suggested the guy.

- Good. Just need to take the phones. You never know.

With these words, Jessica stood up and walked over to the guy.

- Theo, I have no pockets... Can I leave my phone with you? - the girl asked.

- Of course. Can you put them in the right jeans pocket? It's just that my hands are wet.

The girl looked at him with surprise and confusion in her eyes.

So they walked for about half an hour until Theodore's phone rang.

After these words, Theodore hung up. He was angry. Angry at Teresa, angry at that "womanizer", and most importantly angry at himself. He could not answer her and throw her on the black list. But he answered and was now very angry.

- Theo... Is everything all right? I heard screams.- Jessica asked excitedly when Theodore returned.

- It's all right. - said the guy with a smile on his face.

- I see that not everything is in order. Tell me.- Jessica said and took Theo's hand.

- Let's go sit on a blanket and I'll tell you everything. - said Theo.

They sat down on a blanket and Theodore began to talk.

Theo silently gathered his things and put everything in the basket. He felt much better because in his life there was a person whom he could trust.
