It was a sunny warm day, the light shined into the room, where Bryan was sleeping in

"Mhn... Morning already-?"

Bryan hadn't slept too well, he tried to get out of bed to make himself some food,

But...-

Someone didn't feel like letting him go just yet

"...?"

"Mhngh-..."

A certain cranky jackal-kitsune didn't want to wake up or be left alone again

Bryan tried to swiftly slide out of Inpu's arms but was unsuccessful

"Inpu.-"

"Noooo~..."

Inpu only brought him closer, now even crankier, and even more of an irritated cat,

"Pft... But I wanna go-"

"Noooo~!..."

"Oh, what am I going to do with you-?"

"Ngh...-"

"Inpu, the kids are probably up by now, they might be hungry, and I'm hungry myself -"

"Mnn...- fine..."

"Thank you ~"

Inpu finally lets go of Bryan, snatching the whole blanket to himself, as he grumpily drifts off to sleep

Bryan couldn't help but laugh at it a bit but walked off to the kitchen,

Turns out the kids weren't awake yet, oh well,

He made himself a quick salad,

Since everyone else was still asleep, he decided to go and do some work around the garden, since the weather was really good

He was watering the flowers when he noticed that they had some visitors,

*quack quack*

"? Huh-? Quacks-?"

"I-?"

He looked at his surroundings - and he noticed some ducks around the bridge,

He never really had seen ducks around the mansion, so this was new to him

He walked up to them, and he was a little surprised that they didn't run away,

"Well hello ducks"

*quack quack*

He lightly petted the ducks, and the ducks wagged their little cute tails

"How are ducks so cute-??"

"...!"

He remembered that they had some peas left,

"Hm, can I pick you up?"

He tried to pick up a duck with one hand and was successful, so he picked up the other duck too, but there were 3 ducks,

He carefully picked up the last duck with both of his hands and brought them inside,

They hopped down onto the dinner table, as Bryan looked for the peas,
