Apologies (James x Aiden)

'It's almost the afternoon now. ' I look up at the sky.

I've been trying to find the way out of this forest.

"Damn, finally." I say to myself as I finally find my way back to the cabin.

None of the other team seemed to be out except Rosa María, who was talking to Lake.

I'm glad they still talk, but I hope Lake's not sharing information about us to the other team.

I don't know maybe.

Lake doesn't seem like the type.

I shake my head, snapping out of thought.

The rest of my team didn't seem to be outside either, Which probably meant they were inside.

I sigh.

I walk up to the cabin door, I can hear voices from the other side.

I walk in and head to my bed, not even giving a glance in their direction.

I hear James whisper something and Yul scoffs and says something under his breath.

I hear shuffling and look over to see Yul getting up and leaving the cabin.

'fuck'

I look away from the direction of the and to James, who was looking at me.

I look away quickly and look towards the wall but I can still feels his eyes on me.

I frown and sigh.

I turn over in my bed to look at him.

"Can you stop looking at me." I say.

"Sorry." He looks away.

"Mhm" I go silent and lay on my back.

"Aiden?."

"What?"

"I'm sorry."

I groan. "I know. You already told me."

"I know but I'm going to keep apologizing untill you accept it and be my friend."

"I don't wanna be your friend!" I raise my voice. "I litterly can not trust you anymore."

"Please." He pleads.

This is so annoying. "I'm not gonna be your friend but if I accept your apology with you shut up about this?"

He stays silent for a moment before saying "Yes." Reluctantly.

"Okay then, I accept your apology but if it happens again I'll make sure you go home."

He doesn't say anything after that.

I hope he doesnt think since now I accepted his apology, I'll vote for Lake. No way.

Maybe I can convince him to vote Yul.

Hmm.

I close my eyes for awhile.

I fall asleep thinking about the kissing challenge.

After dinner I make my way back to the cabin to grab my stuff, so I can take a quick shower.

I'll take any chance to get away from James.

Which reminds me how I haven't seen him for a good while.

I walk into the cabin, and grab some clean clothes and my toothbrush. I make my way back out the cabin and to the showers.

There was 2 people already showering, I step into and empty shower.

I wasn't showering for long before I was done, and started to dry off.

I pull on my boxers and pants, leaving my shirt to the side. I grab my toothbrush and go to the sink.

I look up to the mirror to see someone behind me.

I let out a yelp of surprise and spin around.

"What the hell?? You scared me!-." I yell and look up to see James.

"Sorry!-" he says.

I look him up and down, noticing that he was very much miss a shirt and some pants.

I turn red noticing I was staring.

"It's whatever." I say. "What did you want?"

"I wanted to ask, how you were doing?" He puts his hand on his hip.

"Fine." I say. "Can you put on some clothes?"

He looks down at himself. "Oh yeah, sorry." He walks over to a pile of clothes and puts them on.

I watch him.

He turns around and walks back over to me.

"You can't really talk, though. You're also shirtless." He says.

I look down. I had totally forgot about my shirt. I was gonna put it on after I brushed my teeth.

"Oh, yeah. But I not practically naked." I walk over to my clothes and pull my shirt on.

James watches me the whole time. I blush at this and decide to ignore it.

It stays quite, and I collect my stuff.

"I'm doing good, if you're were wondering." James says.

"I wasn't, but thanks." I say monotone.

I walk out of the showers with my stuff.

I'll brush my teeth later, I guess.

I sigh.

I walk back to the cabin.
