I arrived at dragon bridge and went into the Penitus Oculatis headquarters and took out my deadric daggers and slit his throat and walk out the H.Q and complained to the guards about a murder and walked away with a smirk on my face. I met Kluteera at castle dour and we went off to Falkreath to return the contracts to Nazir and Kluteera in to the family.
