After the weird encounter with Cicero I went off to Whiterun to kill Marucio. Apparently he was traveling with the Archmage of the College of Winterhold. I did not know his or her name but I might want to recruit her for healing reasons in case I get hurt in battle when I'm battling the sliver blades.
