I was beyond excited , my cousin Max was having his friends from Formula one over for the weekend . I got along really well with the guys , they were super fun to be around .
I had developed feelings for Mick and Max knew that. He always teased me when the rest of the guys weren't around cause he knew that i would get mad if Mick found out i liked him .
I was entering the apartment when i heard loud screaming and a shriek , i immediately knew that they had arrived .
" Y/n!!" Lando yelled running over to me
" Sup Lando?" I asked hugging him
" Just beat your cousin in the Sim, I beat the two time world chamo" he said proudly
" HE CHEATED" i heard my cousin yell
" yeah , yeah well stop whining like a little kid and come get the food you made me buy" i told Max as i entered the kitchen .
"Thanks for getting us lunch y/n" Mick said as he hugged me and damn did that hug mess me up. I felt all tingly and warm and obviously I didn't wan to let go but I also didn't want to give away the fact that I liked him.
"You're welcome Schumi" I said while letting go of the hug
"Hiya y/n, long time no see" Dani Ric said giving me a big bear hug
"Heyyy Dan, how have you been?" I asked hugging him back
"So y/n, how is Uni life treating you?" Charles asked as he helped un pack the take out I had brought
" Amazing, I'm honestly really happy with what I'm studying, the campus, the friends I've made" I answered happily
"The partying, the boys, the drinking..." Pierre continued making everyone laugh
"Boys? are you seeing anyone?" Mick asked with an adorable confused face
"No, not yet. Pierre is just being idiotic" I said blushing a bit
The rest of the afternoon was pretty fun, though also weird because the tension between me and Mick was evident, so much that even Daniel pointed it out
"Everything good between you and Mick?" the Aussie asked as he brought over the dishes from dinner
" I don't know, I guess he's been kinda off since Pierre falsely mentioned that I was going out with someone from my university" I said ask started to wash the plates
"You both are staying here with Max, so maybe you should talk to him" he answered passing me plates so I could wash them
"Yeah, you're right" I said closing the tap and heading out the kitchen with Daniel
A bit more time passed and finally it was just me, Max and Mick in the appartment
"Well guys I'm going to sleep, see yah tomorrow" my cousin said as he headed towards his room
"Night Maxie" I replied as he left "I'm going to head off to bed too, night Schumi" I said giving him a quick hug before heading off to my room (which was actually Victorias room when she came to visit Max)
I got woken up in the middle of the night by a loud thunder and really heavy rain, I admit it did freak me out a bit. I tried getting back to bed, but it was impossible, so I just went to the kitchen to get a glass of water.
To my surprise, Mick was also there wearing a white t-shirt and black joggers
"Hey, couldn't sleep?" I asked as I opened the fridge to grab a bottle
"Nope " he said leaning on the counter " Same with you right" he asked taking a sip of his water after
Shortly after, I finished my water and turned to see that Mick was still not done with his, instead his daze looked lost
"Thanks for the company, I'm going back to bed" I said
I went back into my room, but still could not fall asleep. I kept turning around not being able to sleep. Soon i heard the door open and see a tall figure standing there
" Y/n are you ok?" The person asked
It was Mick
"Still can't sleep?" he asked as he walked into the room
i shook my head and laid back down
" Im staying with you tonight " he said walking towards my bed and getting in .
He laid next to me, with my back facing him. After a while, I felt how he wrapped his arms around by waist, pulling me closer to him. After that I quickly fell asleep.
The next day i was woken up by the flashes of cameras and Lando saying " Aww they look so cute " followed by a " shush you will wake them up " from Charles.
Mick started to wake up too and as soon as he saw the guys he gave them a death glare making them all run away .
" Did they wake you up princess?" He asked with a groggy morning voice
He immediately realized what he said and tried to cover it up .
I just laughed at his cuteness and since he didn't stop rambling i kissed him and he started kissing back .
" Yeah , but it doesn't matter " i said answering his previous question .
That day, Mick and I talked properly about how we both felt and decided to give a relationship a chance
