Garfield POV:

I leaned against my apartment door, the events of what just happened still swirling in my head. The date, that kiss. I've never felt a connection with anyone as much as I have with Raven. Her face still swirled in my head as I took off my jacket and placed it on the rack.

I got an alert on my phone of a robbery taking place a few blocks away. I made sure to lock my door then went into my room and put on my combat shirt and pants that go under my suit. I walked into the living room and tilted the picture revealing my suit. I put it on my chest and pressed the bat symbol in the middle. It extended over my body as the armor clicked into place. I wrapped my belt around my waist and added all my gadgets to it. I pulled off my holo ring and my skin changed back to its regular green. I placed the mask over my eyes and tilted the picture back. The wall closed up and I was ready.

I hopped out the window and onto the fire escape. I used my grappling hook to pull me onto the roof and ran across the rooftops until I made it to my destination. The alarm for the bank was going off as cops surrounded the building with guns raised. I clicked a button on the side of my mask and a white filter went over my eyes. It was an x-ray mode that helped me look through buildings. There were four men, two guarding each entrance to the bank, while the other two were filling bags up with money and jewelry. I looked around and saw a maintenance vent I could use on the roof. I grappled over and used the shadows so I wasn't seen. I slipped into the bank undetected and sat on the rafters, watching the men move around at a semi-quick rate.

"Would you idiots hurry up! We got cops outside!" The men seemed agitated as if this plan didn't involve the police showing up.

"How about you come and fill these bags." Hearing nothing from his partner he laughed. "That's what I thought. One of the men stopped and looked at the others.

"I'll be right back. I'm taking a leak." He moved into the bathroom away from the others. I dropped silently to the floor and snuck through the door. I could hear the guy humming to himself. He finished up and washed his hands. I stood right behind him. He looked up and spotted me but before he could yell I bashed his head into the sink, knocking him out instantly. The bang was loud and I heard footsteps come toward the bathroom. I jumped into the ceiling, my arms and legs holding me in place against the ceiling.

"Johnny you in here? I heard something. Are you good?" He tried the light switch but it didn't work. I cut the cord connecting the lights. He pulled out a flashlight and was looking around. He finally stumbled upon the body and gasped.

"What the hell!" I cleared my throat and he looked up. His eyes went wide as I landed with my legs around his head, flipping him over and than punching him out. I sweep my hands together. Been a while since I had some fun.

I left the bathroom and grappled back up to the rafters. The two men were still guarding the front entrance but one of them turned around when he realized two of them were gone.

"Where did those idiots go? Watch the door. I'll be back. He walked to the middle of the room and then did a little trick Bruce taught me. I grappled his foot and brought him up to face me.

"Who the fu-?" I cut him off by knocking him out. His buddy heard the yell and turned around. He pointed his flashlight at the ceiling, seeing his buddy hanging in the rafters by his foot.

"Where are you!" He backed up but bumped into something making him stop.

"Here." I wrap my arm around his neck and choke him out until he becomes unconscious, his gun clattering to the ground. I looked around, a smile forming. I could get used to this. I grabbed all four men and wrapped them up together so they couldn't move.
