The guests started to scream around him. Wade tried to keep his balance, trying so hard not to fall. Ivy glanced at him only once before holding onto the boy, Hunter's arm. He wrapped them around her body, protecting her from  danger.

"You! You had just had to ruin my night!" Verena screamed towards Wade, but she wasn't speaking to him. He turned around and saw Evestanding up with a glass of wine in her hand.

Eve chuckled. "Well, things were getting boring!"The two girls had to shout at eachother to try and get a word across.

The others fell to the ground and some hid under the dinner table for safety. "Stop Eve! This is a human gathering, not a place to lay your silly games!"

Wade was the only boy left standing. Ivy and Hunter were on the ground watching Verena and Eve shout at eachother around the eartchquake.

The great white chadaleer hanging over the top of the dining table fell, shattering sharp pieces of glass everywhere, also spiltting the dark wooden table in two.

"A human gathering? Really? Cause from what I've heard, you want to find the others! You want to find the decendants of the Incendo don't you!" Eve forced wind over to Verena, making her fly back to the wall.

Wade spotted marks on Eve's arm, like a tatoo. It was a jagged line coming from her elbow to her wrist. Although it added to the features that made Wade scared of her, he thought it was very artistic. It looked like something he would draw in class if he got bored.

Wade ducked just in case he would be next. "Verena, baby. You think by finding the others, you'll be able to take down my mother. You think by finding the crystals y'all gonna be protected," Eve cackled, just like she did in Wade's dream,"My mom already has the power, and what do you have? A few fire balls and toasted marshmellows!"

Verena got back up onto her two feet then faught back. She fired a cannon of flames towards Eve from the palm of her hand. It hit Eve, but didn't harm her much, "You think you can hurt me! You think you're stronger! Listen up bitch, this is my home, and you better Get Out Before I Kill You And Your God Damn Mother!"

Eve laughed at Verena to her fade. "I'm not as easy to kill as the knitting and broach collecting enthusiast we compelled"

Wade knew Eve was talking about Miss Holly. Compelled? He wasn't sure what that meant, but he knew it had to mean trouble.

A tall black grandfather clock tipped over and landed on the legs of one of the party guests, making him yell in seviere pain. Strangely, the yell sounded familiar, but Wade chose to ignore it since he was in the vision of the girl who tried to kill him several times the past week.

Eve lifted her arms fast creating a heavier earthquake, making everything fall over. "Why do you care about them so much? Why do you care why my mom is coming? Why do you care my mom is gonna kill that girl!"

Then Ivy stood up, as she knew who Eve was talking about. "You're mom?!" She got behind Verena who was stood up still, looking perfect even though she was brawling with Eve, "Your mom deserves to die. You know what she did to my mother, don't you deny it bitch!"

"Only to give power to that girls grandfather!" Eve's last words were, before being hit again with more cannons of flames. The Earthquake gor heavier, the flames appeared all around the room.

Suddenly Eve screamed then vanished into nowhere.

The waiters came in with the main course. Wade looked around the room, checking both sides of the long table. Everything was normal. All the guests were having a good time and it seemed like nothing had happened.

Wade and Verena exchanged a glance. She nodded to him from the top of the table, he nodded back politly, not really sre what the nod meant.

"This is delicious! You should so come to my party this saturday" Rosemary Crawford suggested to her excellent host of the evening. Verena chattered to the popular girls and prentended like everything was normal.

Normal wasn't a word Wade could use anymore. He was starting to notice that he wasn't safe in his own home. Everywhere he went, there had to be someone there waiting for him with a hurricaine waiting to be released from there own hands.

"I have to get going" Wade heard a flat voice. Hunter got up out of his seat leaving Ivy clueless. He said goodbye as he tucked his chair in the table.

Wade was not sure whether or not if Hunter had just been through the whole 'battle in the middle of an earthquake' thing. He couldn't have since nobody else remembered except for the Lavartus and himself.

You could hear the roaring sound of Hunter's motor bike outside of the house from the dining room.

Verena sent all of her guests to mingle in the living area before dessert. Wade took this as an opportunity to talk to Ivy about his dream he had recently.

Ivy was alone in the corner humming a musical tune and tapping her foot. "Excuse me, Ivy," Wade interuppted. Ivy's face enlightened when she saw him like it usually did, "Can I talk to you?"

Ivy's smile turned into a worrying look. She knew something was up from his tone of voice. "What happened before? I did something with my hands! I used my powers again." She said, moving out of the crowded living room, towards the abandoned staircase.

Wade shrugged, "I'm not sure, we'll se into it tommorow. Look, y'anno you said I could see the future will my power stuff, well, I think your right. I had this really spooky dream last night, and Eve was there and she killed this..."

He thought hard about it. It had to be wrong. It couldn't have been. "I saw Eve kill Hunter."

Ivy gasped in terror, covering her open mouth with her hand. "Are you sure? Think Wade, Hunter?" She spoke in hush tone.

Before he could answer he heard some drunk teenagers shout "FIRE DOWN THE LAKE!". Wade was suprised to see drunk teenagers at a formal event, but then again, Please yourself for a hangover.

"Wade, look" Ivy gasped, tugging on Wade's shirt to get his attention. His eyes had drifted away to see the comotion.

On Ivy's wrist, lay a, roughly six centimetre, spiral patters. It was hardly anything that what Eve had, but Wade knew they were linked somehow. "The consigno started"

"Consigno?"

Ivy traced the patterns with her fingers as she explained. "Consigno appear like marks on your arms when you have... unlocked an element or learnt to use one, something like that. Wade I didn't even know how I did it?"

"FIRE!" they heard again. There conversation was disturbed so they went to see what was happening.

Wade got passed a crowd of people who were peering out of the window. There was a perfect view of the lake and the moutains near from the window.

At the end of the lake, you could just about see lights. Wade knew it wasn't just lights, it was a fire. A fire across the lake just how he saw in his vision.

Hunter left alone. So did Eve.
