It wasn’t like this when she last entered her mind space after locking Herrscher of the Void in here. It was mostly empty besides the chain that now laid broken in front of her as her surroundings resembled a battlefield. 'How' she asked herself while looking around, deciding to look for the other, not really understanding why she didn’t try to take over her body yet if she was freely roaming and making a mess of her mind space.

Only the sound of explosion interrupted her train of thoughts, Kiana fought the urge to run, still being hunted by what this Herrscher caused and how many lives she destroyed while being in control of her body. It was too late when she realised that she walked closer, the sound of battle growing in intensity, soon she could see a familiar form of void portal opening only for a large honkai beast to rush into it and out right behind her. It was interesting for Kiana to see her use her powers here without trying to escape or hurting her. It also seemed as if the Herrscher was wounded as she carried on fighting. Kiana couldn’t understand why she fought against the beast and why it was in this place anyway.

Hearing the Herrscher shout out as she showered the honkai beast in void spikes ultimately killing it, before getting hoarded by another wave of enemies that blocked Kianas’ view. Rushing in, her sword drawn as she took hold of her own Hersscher powers. Sword drawn and ablaze. Noticing a quick flash of fear coarse through the Void queen when she noticed her cutting through and towards her, leaving nothing but burnt particles of honkai beasts after her. It took her only minutes until Kiana got hold of the Herrscher, pulling the hurt Queen of the Void close to her, Kiana let the fires consume the surrounding area on fire.

“Get away from me, worm!” The Herrscher snarled while trying to get away, only succeeding in smearing her blood on Kiana’s armour.
“No, I’m not gonna let you die.”
“Why not?... Doesn’t matter, Let go of me human imbecile.” She summoned one lone void spike and fired it at Kiana, averting its trajectory just millimetres away from her so it hit the ground before vanishing.
“Next one won’t miss” She threatened, still trying to get out of her hold, not willing to admit that she can’t teleport here.
“Okay, let me at least treat your wounds?”
Getting a look of disbelief from the other as she moved away from her, she realised how different the Herrscher currently looks compared to when she saw her last time. Her normally burning mandarin eyes seemed dull, her perfect hair messed up in multiple places and her murderous look long gone, now replaced with something that could eventually get called fear or the look of one who’s hanging on by a thread.

“Why should I trust you?”
“Because you don’t have other choice unless you plan on dying”
“I’m your enemy, I killed Hi-” Her sentence got cut short by a sword pointed at her throat.
Smirk soon appeared on her face as she pushed the sword away.
“See? There’s no point in trusting a human worm. Your entire race is build on lies, betrayals and the need to be superior to everyone who got less lucky in being born.”
“...” Her answer was silence signalling her victory as Kiana realised that she gave the Herrscher what she wanted.
“Otto Apocalypse is dead.”

“Why are y- he’s what?” The surprise was clear.
“When?”
“Few hours ago”
The Herrscher didn’t want to believe it, but there wasn’t much left for her to do than to hope… Hope such a weird thing for her after so many years, after she watched her friends and mama die, after this worm's mother sacrificed herself to make her feel loved for a moment after she destroyed most of Russia's’ Siberia after becoming the second Herrscher.
“... Sirin.”
“Huh?”
“My name is Sirin, you can use my name, worm… I can’t get rid of you unless I plan to die or you want to call me ‘Queen of the Void’.”
This took her by surprise, never would she expect the Herrscher of the Void to offer her this piece of information, even though it wasn’t really a secret, her name was after all belonging among the most feared names in current era, Herrcher that caused the most destructive Honkai eruption of current era.

“Alright, Sirin. You can call me Kiana if you want.”
“Tch- Only because I offer you to use my name, you think that we’re equal, worm? How greedy must or desperate must you be to think that I’d be friends with the likes like you.”
“Sorry, my bad. I guess it’s still a little too early for that.”
“It’ll always be too early. I don’t have plans to trust a human.” Sirin looked around, noticing that the flames died down and that there wasn’t any Honkai beast in sight. Feeling relieved, she looked over at Kiana who was still in her Herrscher form. It took her only a second to realise that this worm got stronger since their last meeting, but still refused the fact that she could beat her.
Not saying anything else, Sirin got up and started to walk away, leaving Kiana to her own thoughts.
She couldn't remember when it was this peaceful in this worm's head, probably before the will of Honkai realised that it can use her not fully healed Honkai infection and the fact that she’s sharing a mind space with Sirin to attack.
“Pathetic.” She didn’t realise that she was smiling, it was weirdly satisfying to fight again, even if it meant protecting the worm. NO! Herself. Protecting herself, yes. The worm could go and die for all she cared about.

“Welcome back.”
“W-what? When? How? I just walked away from you, worm!”
“Don’t forget that I own this body and space.”
“Just let me go my own way!”
Before she could walk away again, a wall stopped her, a small building soon appearing with grass sprouting from the ground.

“Stay, I don’t have much time before they start looking for me.”
“Where is that my problem?”
“I just wanted you to be more comfortable here, please make use of it. I didn’t realise how empty it must’ve been for you.”
Kiana didn’t give her time to complain or shoot back an insult before she despaired out of her mind space back to reality, leaving the Herrscher alone to explore what was given to her.

It mostly took her by surprise when she crouched down and felt the grass, it felt real? She looked at the building like if it was supposed to despair like a cruel joke. Sirin stood up embarrassed after minutes of just running her fingers through the grass.
Walking over to the building, she thought about destroying it to prove that she doesn’t need the worm for a long moment before carefully walking towards it.

“Unimaginable…” She made a mental note to herself to stay careful while stepping onto the porch.
Walking inside the house, she admired the sense for simplicity her worm kept while creating it. It had everything she needed to survive, even though she didn’t need it considering her current condition of being currently stuck in the other one's mind space, but still found herself sitting down on the bed, it was like she remembered from when the Schariac woman pretended to be her mama. Looking around, she noticed that the entire room and house resembled the house.

“Stupid worm, thinking that she’ll buy me over like this.” She grunted before moving to explore some more and map out the building and check for any traps.
Finishing with at least cleaning up the dried blood from her body. The wounds are not that serious to endanger her, but in large enough density and amount to make it look concerning.
