A week had already gone by and academic work has started fully. Like Sameer promised,he was back to school today, Monday. As he walked into his class,his classmates cheered him heartily and Bryan walked up to him smiling, wanting to collect his bag but he turned the offer down politely by waving his hands and returning Bryan's smile.
"How you doin'?" Sameer asked as they walked towards his seat,the last one on the last row.
"I'm great... Henry came by and dropped some textbooks under your desk." Bryan said brightly.
"Okay,fine." Sameer replied,heaving a sigh of relief. The morning traffic was hectic and it wasn't a pleasant ride from Ikoyi down here in Lekki.
Sameer picked up his iPad to read some tabs which he does everyday. It's important to know what happens around you and in your environment.
Just then, Henry strolled into the class with a wide grin on his face.
"Hey buddy" Henry greeted, jumping on Sameer's desk.
"Who's your buddy?"Sameer asked, feigning annoyance.
Sameer thinks buddy is a term used for close friends and they definitely have passed that stage.
"Sorry Boss" Henry teased.
"Assembly is in five minutes"Henry added.
"I'm not going,I spent almost two hours on my way down here. The traffic was crazy." Sameer complained.
"You've started this term again"
Sameer never liked going for assemblies and the last time he went for the school's assembly was his first day in SS 1.
"I'm tired for real"
"Whatever,I'm off to the assembly. Nikky kept a seat for me and she can't hold it down for too long. Bye " Henry waved as he turned to leave.
"See you later" Sameer said after him and continued with what he was reading.
The assembly was held and dismissed in fifty minutes. The students walked briskly into their classrooms, ready for classes.
"I heard Sameer is back"Faith whispered,her breathe fanning Nikky's ears.
"Must you whisper in my ear?"Nikky asked,her face wore an irritated look.
Nikky's ears were already red and get colour didn't hide it a bit.
Faith felt somewhat embarrassed, Henry was directly at her back so he witnessed what happened, including Mayowa and Alfred. What made her embarrassed was because it happened in front of her crush, Henry. She's had a huge crush on the guy for over three years and he never spared her a glance.
Mrs Smith walked into the class,with her lesson notes and English textbook in her hands,her face glued to the little notice board close to the electric board at the front of her class.
The students stood up lazily and greeted her with the same manner. Alfred didn't bother to stand up,so did Henry.
The woman was infuriated,she demanded a proper greeting before she allowed the students to sit down. The class was not interesting because Mrs Smith was still annoyed about the incident that happened minutes ago.
The class first two periods was English class, followed by CRS class which was just a period and at that time, Henry had dozed off.

SS 2A was bubbling. The boys were getting along with all their new teachers as far as today was concerned.they had Physics before geography. The geography teacher, Mr Sebastian made the class interactive and it was lively.
Right after Mr Seb. left the class,the class became a bit noisy. The guys were arguing who was more handsome between the new corper taking computer classes and Mr Sebastian. SS 2A is a technical science class so the students are only boys,maybe the girls are not into engineering courses.
Sameer took one more look at Mira's picture and he had to admit that she looked sexy especially the way the red smokey gown clung to her body. He and Mira had a fling during the summer holiday. They met at the airport when he wanted to fly to Johannesburg when summer holiday first began. She had been to the agency where he sometimes modelled for,twice,as a substitute though she worked at another agency. She was all over him at the airport,she took selfies with him and even made several videos. She collected his number and when he thought he could finally escape from her,they were both heading to Johannesburg. They talked and got along throughout the trip and she wasn't bad as he thought she would be. They hung out once before he left for Bahamas and ever since that time, they've become good friends but Mira is pushing further and Sameer wants it at the 'friends' level. He didn't want to have anything romantic with the girl,just fling and that's all.
The last time he started something with a girl,it didn't work out because she was seeing someone and him at the same time,she was a two timer.The person happened to be Ethan who is more of a rival in the modelling agency. Ethan was a full time model but his pictures never hit higher than Sameer's so he's always envious of Sameer and ever since then,the hatred began.
Sameer is the arguably the hottest guy in the whole of SS2.He is this handsome guy whose beauty is breathtaking and believe me,a fashion expert once confessed that he's never seen a guy who's more handsome and for the compliment to come from a guy, Sameer is exceptionally handsome.He had this tall,well defined body physique everyone could dream of,his facial features were well defined as his body and his dark skin,so smooth.
"Sameer,it is time for TD" Bryan said.
"Are we going to the TD department?" Sameer asked, standing up from his seat and stretching a bit. He had been in the same position for more than two hours.
"Yes....you should come along with your note"Bryan answered.
The both of them walked out of the class,after everyone else had left.
"You can go ahead of me,I have to stop at the my locker to pick up my TD note"Sameer said,moving the the large space , beside the stairs where the lockers were.
"You won't take a minute naa"Bryan laughed lightly.
"Aren't you late?"
"Aren't we late?"Bryan corrected.
That was the kind of person Bryan was; easy going, friendly,nice and he respects Sameer a lot. Sameer likes the guy too and has never for once taken advantage of Bryan's friendliness.
