Love letter to deliver

"WHY YOU!" was the phrase that you heard that Paimon was screaming to the guards of the kanjou commission.

"The Kanjou Commissioner seldom entertains outlanders. Leave now or we'll be forced to—"

"Hey, hey, settle down."

...

"Huh? Who are you?" Paimon asked the wine colored hair stranger.

"I am Shikanoin Heizou, special detective of the Tenryou Commi—" said but was cutted off by the officer of the kanjou commission.

"This has nothing to do with the Tenryou Commission Or a reason for you both to be here, both of you need to leave or—"

Why is everybody in this land always gets cut off by another unrespectful voices...

"Ah wait, wait..." the old commissioner stopped the blabbering of the guard. "These two are honored guests from afar, no need to give them the usual attitude."

"HMPH! Did you get all that mister?!" Paimon mockingly asked. You really love this side of her when it comes to this kind situations.

"Oh and Officer Shikanoin, what seems to be the problem that you ended up here on the headquarters of Kanjou Commission?" Asked Mr.Hiiragi Shinsuke(?). That made sense, what does he need when he mentioned earlier that he was from the Tenryou Commision?

"Everyone here seems to be on the hot temper side, I simply checked in if there is a problem, Mr.Shinsuke. No need to fret or feel unease."
Said by Heizou(?) as what you heard earlier to his mini introduction.

"Oh you got it all wrong, Officer. I was just curious. You are very welcome here as the honored guests are aswell." He reassured the detective.

"Well I'm honored. I'll be going to finish my job here in Ritou and head back as to leave early so there wouldn't be any further disturbing commotions-- infront of the Kanjou Commission's estate. I apologize." He said while giving a gentle smile.

But before he left, he properly did a slight bow (15 degrees) to you while his palms were on his chest to show a sign of respect to you. Which resulted you to just smile because you aren't that familliar yet with the traditions here in Teyvat. "I suppose I'll meet you in Narukami Island, m'lady?"

Which caught you off guard. How did he know we were going to Narukami Islands..

You were dumbfounded still by this question only to see the wine red haired guy  now dissapeared to your sight and Paimon waking you up to reality.

"HELLO! Teyvat to y/n?? you there?" Paimon noticed you spacing-out.

"oh uhm... yes?"

"Shall we go inside, traveler?" The Commissioner invited you.

"looks like the traveler have feelings to.." Paimon thought to herself. She never thought you had this kind of feelings due to her seeing you fight only for the reason and sake of finding your brother. Maybe you two were just too focused on finding someone missing than having a little break and doing fun little activities.

"The reason why we came to see you is because--" Paimon tried to explain.

"alright, alright. Two travelers renowned far and wide have shown up to see me, and I should very much like to be acquainted! Let's not limit this to business only." So according to him and the other people you met or acquainted with, you and Paimon really are the word of towns including across the seas.

"so what you're saying is we're pretty famous, huh?" Paimon chirped in while smirking.

"absolutely, how many people in this world have what it takes to knock down the wind of stormterror's sails and put the overlord of the vortex back under the sea, eh?" he detailed your journey like an unbelievable story from a book. "One other thing that I've heard about you is the great trait you have for helping other people. That makes me wonder... would you be so kind to render us your assistance to the kanjou commission?"

"suree, whatever you need. right, traveler?" Paimon answered too overjoyed to the head of the Hiiragi Clan. Probably running errands again (-.-) you thought to yourself.

"You must know the 'Qingxin'. right? A flower that grows on mountain tops in Liyue." he follows

"Yep, we have picked ones before, why? you want us togo back to Liyue?.." Paimon confusedly asked.

This is easy, I have atleast 20 qingxin-- your thoughts were cutted out.

"Yes, bring me 300 Qingxin, would you? freshly picked I mean." he said while smiling.

Your silence made the old man infront of you to think of another commission for you.

"how about this, we have a few items to deliver, perhaps you could help with that?"

"That's more like it." Paimon replied.

"709 letters to be precise." he said once again, smiling. "Terribly sorry, we're just a little too short on people this days."  he apologizes once he saw you and Paimon's reaction.

"What sort of explanation is that?!" Paimon annoyingly asked.

While Paimon was chattering with the head of the Hiiragi Clan. You saw a girl who nods at you like signaling to agree to his father's commission that was given to you.

"So, what do you say traveler?" The head of the clan took your attention.

"I'll consider it" you said.

"that's the spirit,  don't keep me waiting." the old man said followed by a chuckle.

A kanjou commissioner went near you to tell you---"Miss hiiragi has a letter for you, she insists for you to read it immediately." you then opened the letter, inviting you to meet her tonight under the resplendent moonlight.

"You don't seem to be surprised about this, traveler?" Paimon asked with a questionable face.
"what's going on?"

"We shared a glance earlier" you proudly said.

"Huh?! have you been hiding something behind Paimon's back?!" she complained in funny way.

"Ah, you have arrived.  A-Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Hiiragi Chisato" she started. So she's the daughter Hiiragi of the clan. "This is technicallly our second time meeting, it's a pleasure  to meet you again."

"Wow, she's the daughter of the Hiiragi clan alright." Paimon's reaction to her graciousness.

"I'm delighted to see you again Ms.Chisato." you smiled at her

This seems to surprised Chisato by how formal you were talking to her. "No need to be so formal--I've long marveled for your accomplishments and I'm glad we have a chance to meet."

"Is it just Paimon or something is a bit off here?" finally giving your attention to your floating companion.

"The reason why I wanted to secretly meet you here is...well--I feared that I might never have an opportunity to discuss this with you.." Ms.Chisato cuts for a bit.

"Discuss what?" Paimon asked.

"Uhm...I would like to ask for your help with...delivering a letter." she hesitantly said. which your face turned from the expression of happiness and curiosity to a sour and dissapointed one.

"I'm leaving." you straightly said to her. "like father like daughter, couldn't you be more original?" Paimon says.

"Wait! you misunderstood me. please, allow me to explain." Chisato stopping you on your tracks. "I was hoping that you could deliver a letter to Narukami Island in my stead. It is to be delivered to Kujou Kamaji of the Tenryou Commission.

Tenryou Commission.... 

"Okay I'll accept." you said without thinking which made your companion screech of what is wrong with your head today.

"WHAT?! Y/N! we don't even know how to get to Narukami Island!" Paimon woke you back to reality.

"Oh? That won't be a problem. As payment, I have a plan to sneak you in Narukami Island--With all my power. My father won't let me communicate with him. He knows that there are prospects for my marriage to serve him better politically. But my heart is with Kamaji." She passionately says. It is just one letter and it is a way for you and Paimon to go inside Narukami Island. and also for someone at the Tenryou Commission which is close to-- 

"Seems reasonable, but y/n...MIND TELLING ME WHY YOU ACCEPTED SO QUICKLY?!" Paimon asked loudly to make your ears bleed.

"hmm, I'm also curious... I haven't said anything about the payment yet you accepted it so quickly too. Do you perhaps want to meet someone from--"

"No! ofcourse not! haha...why would you two think-" you tried explaining your side but Paimon already noticed you.

"Is it the detective from earlier?" Paimon seems very suspicious of you when you were spacing out a lot after the encounter with this detective.

"huh?-"

"Oh? Could it be Mr.Shikanoin?" Chisato curiously asked. At this point you are bombarded by curious girls that doesn't seem to limit their questions. "I heard he's good at his work"

"Did you catch feelings to that detective, y/n?"

"A little crush perhaps, traveler?"

"A CRUSH?  I thought you only have your eyes for Paimon."

"what made you catch feelings to him??"

"You don't even know him yet."

"Why don't you also give him a letter--"

"Okay! let's get this mission started. haha..." you cutted them off for no more further headaching questions that you also don't know the answer.
