3rd person POV
"What took you so long?" Alex asked Sky, through the other end of the room. Sky said nothing but just sweated.
"That's a story for another time... or maybe not-" She says, looking at Zufi. She, knowing exactly what Sky's thinking, sighs.
"I'm not doing it."
"But-"
"No."
"Sheesh.. fine, fine-"
"Alright what in the bloody hell happened?" Haru questions, clearly annoyed at this point.
"The body may or may not be missing haha-" she mutters.
"Speak up, lady."
"Okay okay- the body is missing okay?" The atmosphere thickens immediately when she says about that. Everyone was horror-stuck as the words rand through their minds as an echo. No body could move a limb.
Zufi notices a vein popping out of Haru's head and proceeds to her. 'Calm down, we're lucky that we've gotten ourselves some photos of it. It's all thanks to you.' She mutters to the angry fellow, hoping that she'd get calmer. Haru nods at Zufi and takes a deep breath, calming herself down.
She goes to her room with Zufi and unplugs the phone that was being charged till now. 'If it meant for Haru to go and get her phone in a time like this, something must've happened to the body' Analyzed Alex and Tiff. Alex shares her thoughts to Rose, who was standing right beside him, as she agrees.
They needed to know what exactly has happened. And Alex and Tiff were ready to ask Sky right now. They look at each other and nod, knowing exactly the fact that they are thinking the same thing.
Tiff quietly slips from behind the detective to where Sky is. She taps on her shoulder and asks her, making sure that only she hears it.
"What the actual hell happened in there? Alex, Rose and I are quiet curious on what happened." She whispered.
"Some bastard hit me and I closed my eyes and I opened it and everything was already escalated" She whispers back.
"YOU WERE UNCONSCIOUS?!"
"Chill out and maybe?"
The worried expression on Tiff's face made Alex and Rose worried. They notice Tiff facepalming herself and walking back to them, past the detective. Alex immediately questions about what had happened.
"Some bastard hit her, she closed her eyes, opened 'em and everything was over." Tiffany repeats what Sky said, but making it shorter. "Basically, she was unconscious." She adds after a sigh.
"O- WHA?!-"
"Unconscious?! Oh my gosh, how did that happen?" Rose was worried about her friend as Alex stood there, thinking how she woke up so fast. It was a right question.. but at the wrong time.
"Quote, unquote 'Some bastard hit me' and that's what she told me."
"She's taking it a bit too light-" Alex says, to which Rose and Tiff agree.
As their conversation ended, Haru and Zufi were back. Haru apologized to Sky as she gave her phone to Zufi. The other three have figured out that Zufi must've told her about this.
The white-haired female on the other side, walked up to the detective with the un-locked phone. She shows the gruesome and bloody pictures to the detective at which, he was more than quite surprised. He, himself, had not expected that reaction from himself.
'How did they even manage take a photo of it? heck, even look at that bloody thing?' Was all he wondered about. 'After all, looking through the screen already is gruesome.. and looking it directly with your eyes?' A shiver runs down his spine.
'Will i regret this?'
