Y/n has always been fond of the strange and unusual, so it was no surprise to her when the strange and unusual became fond of her. Mister Rabbit had been showing up a lot recently, always checking his pocket watch and signaling for Y/n to follow him, but as much as Y/n longed to follow, she knew she shouldn't. She couldn't! what would her mother and father think? they would send her to the nut house for sure! Or what if she lost sight of Mister Rabbit and got lost? her family would be worried sick! 'they already worry enough' Y/n thought to herself, 'I certainly shouldn't worry them any more!' But she knew that eventually she would give in to the white rabbit, and end up following him into the dark woods.

'It is a very cold day' Y/n noticed. She was very chilly, yet she didn't regret following the rabbit one bit. she had a hunch, what if mister rabbit needed her help? What if he was injured? As she followed him deeper into the thick woods, she had realized that she was further away from home than she had ever been alone , and this was very concerning considering that she was only 7 years old and had never really left her house without a family member. While she was running after the white rabbit she soon noticed that she had lost sight of him. Y/n started to panic. "Mister Rabbit!" she yelled. "Mister Rabbit!" Y/n was very scared and very cold, she started running around looking for the Rabbit. Sooner or later, she got tired and had to rest. Y/n had spotted an old tree, or what was once a tree. Now it was just the sad remains of what used to be a grand oak tree. Y/n had decided that she was going to rest and then continue on looking for mister rabbit. But she didn't notice that where she was about to sit had a huge gaping rabbit hole. As she sat down, she lost her balance and fell right through the rabbit hole. She began to scream. She must have hit her head on something while she fell because she could have sworn that she saw a piano and several lamps while she was falling . She felt as if she had been falling for hours, 'perhaps i've fallen down a bottomless pit' Y/n wondered. just as she was beginning to think that she would never stop falling, She landed in a pile of leaves and branches. Luckily for her, she crawled out of the pile completely unscathed. "What an odd place" she spoke to herself softly, for she wasn't completely certain she was alone. As Y/n looked around, she noticed that she was in a large dimly room filled with several doors. Standing in the center of the room was a glass table with a glass labeled 'drink me', and sitting next to the vial was a teensy tiny key roughly the size of her pinky finger. "this key must belong to one of these doors!" She whisper yelled. It took her a while but she had put the key in each door, but to her dismay, the key was too small for each and every door. Y/n felt like crying. She truly thought that she was never going to make it out of this spooky room with all these doors. But then, she had noticed a curtain the CERTAINLY was not there before. As she pulled the curtain aside she saw no normal door but a very small one. This was the one, she just knew it. This door would be her way out, but how would she fit through it? First, she decided to check and see if the Key opened the door, and to her delight it did! Now she needed to find a way to fit through the door. 'Perhaps there is a way I could shrink myself' she wondered. She glanced back at the table looking to see if there was anything that could help her squeeze through that door. Then she saw that little vial again. And without a second thought she immediately rushed over to the table and drank the vial without hesitation, it tasted like cherry tart, custard, pineapple , roast turkey, toffee , and hot buttered toast. It was delicious. Everything around her began to grow taller, or perhaps it was she who was getting smaller. As she walked towards the door, she was very proud of herself for propping the door open with her hair clip because she just felt like she would forget the key on the table once she shrunk. As Y/n walked through the door, she certainly wasn't prepared for what was going to happen next, it was time for Y/n's adventures in wonderland.
