(Christmas Day🎄)
When Jericho wakes up, he gets greeted with a card on the foot of his bed. Jericho rubs his eyes before flipping the sheets off of him and opening it. On it, scribbled with red pen, is a drawing of him and Sebastian. It says, 'Thanks for being the best brother ever!!! You are the coolest person I know! -Love, Santa.'
Jericho chuckles to himself before folding it up and putting it on his night stand and walking out of the room, seeing the hallway lit up with fairy lights scattered around the walls.
He walks to the living room, and sees Sebastian sitting down on the floor, smiling widely.
"Did you see my note?! I mean... Santa's note?" Sebastian asks Jericho.
"Yeah, I thought it was very cool. Did you draw that?" He asks Sebastian.
"Yeah I did! Aren't you proud of me?" Sebastian says, while Jericho sits down across from him.
"Yeah, I am. Should we open gifts now?" Jericho asks.
"Yes!!" Sebastian says excitedly. Under the tree are two gifts, one is very long and is from Sebastian to Jericho, and another is rather small, from Jericho to Sebastian. They have a rule, only one gift per person. Mainly cause last year they spent all their money on gifts.
"Jericho, you have to open yours first." Sebastian says, and pushes the big gift to Jericho. "Be careful, you might not want to shake it or anything. It will probably break."
Jericho nods before ripping open the gift. It's a giant amazon box, which has obviously been opened by Sebastian.
"Ooh, I love boxes." Jericho teases.
"It's inside the box. Duh." Sebastian says and punches Jericho in the arm playfully.
Jericho cautiously opens the amazon box, and gasps.
"Your kidding me." Jericho says in disbelief as he lifts the Viola case into the air and puts it on his lap, zipping it open and revealing a brand new Viola. "Sebastian..." Jericho says before hugging him.
"I knew that your's was so old and you grew out of it, and I knew that you used to love playing. I just thought it was right to get you it." Sebastian says.
"Thank you so much. It really, really means a lot to me." Jericho says, and rubs his eyes. "Jesus, how much did this cost?"
"Let's just say I had to work a few more hours than usual." Sebastian says and chuckles to himself.
Jericho takes the viola out carefully, and plucks at the strings. "This is really amazing. Thank you so much Sebastian." Jericho says and sniffs.
After they both recuperated, Jericho signals to the gift he got Sebastian. "It's your turn. You can shake it if you want."
Sebastian takes the opportunity to have an aneurysm and shakes the gift relentlessly. "I'm guessing... a video game? A movie?" Sebastian asks.
"Nope. Just open it." Jericho says, and Sebastian rips open the paper, and is greeted with a CD inside a case, with the words, 'Sebastian's Sonata" written on it in Sharpie.
"What is this?" Sebastian asks.
"It's a song I wrote for you." Jericho says endearingly. If you put it into the radio you can listen to it.
Jericho takes the CD and inserts it into the radio, and it starts to play the song. It starts with acoustic guitar, and then piano, and then Jericho starts to sing.
After the song ends, Sebastian looks at Jericho and then the radio before giving him a giant hug. "That was amazing. Thank you so much. I can tell you put a lot of work into it..." he sniffs and his eyes are all watery. "I'll listen to it every single day. Thank you so much."
"Okay, okay, settle down..." Jericho smiles but his eyes are watery too. "You're the best big brother I could ever ask for. Thanks for basically keeping me alive all these years." Jericho says.
"I couldn't have made it this far in life without you, you big nerd." Sebastian says, and they both laugh.
