A Chance Encounter

Our story begins with a 4 year old Naruto running away as a mob of villagers chase him out of the Village. "Get back here demon." "You will pay for my daughter you monster." As Naruto kept running in the rain he wondered why they all hated him. He didn't do anything. He kept running as fast as his child legs could take him as the villagers foot steps got louder.

He ran right out of the front gates both ninja shinobi gatekeepers there asleep on the job. However they woke up as the mob got closer. "What in the world is going on out here!" One of the ninja asked. The mob however stayed quiet as they all quickly dispersed. The two gatekeepers looked on confused but shrugged none the less. Little did they know that Naruto was still outside running in the woods.

Back with Hiruzen in his office. "These damn papers will be the death of me someday. Hiruzen complained he turned around looking out the window as the storm raged on. In seconds a man appeared before the Hokage at the front desk. Hiruzen turned around, "Speak." The Anbu looked up before giving his report,"Hokage-sama Naruto seems to be missing there was a report of a mob of people at the gate causing a commotion."

Hiruzen's eyes widened as he got out of his seat. "WE MUST FIND HIM QUICKLY SEND OUT A TEAM I WILL GET READY AND CATCH UP!" The Anbu nodded as he disappeared just as quickly as he appeared.

Back with Naruto he stopped running as he looked back only seeing woods. He got on his knees trying to catch his breath. However he heard a sound of bushes shuffling he looked over, before running behind a bush. A man in a black cloak looked over as he scanned the area. He then turned to a bush speaking out,"You there come out or I will attack you." Naruto heard a monotone voice say. He walked out of the bush scared looking at the cloaked man.

"A child?" The voice said. He looked down seeing a young boy maybe 3 or 4 years old with blond hair and blue eyes he also had a strange 3 line markings on both his cheeks. "Who are you?" Naruto looked up sacred but answered,"My name is Naruto Uzumaki." The man didn't look that interested at the name. "Why are you out in this forest alone? Where are your parents?" Naruto then looked at the ground starting to get upset. "I have no parents or family I'm a orphan from Konoha and I was run out of my own village." He started to tear up.

The man looked in the distance as if he was thinking he then slowly took off his hood to reveal his face. Naruto looked up seeing red hair fall down and a emotionless face. "My name is Sasori I know your eyes they are the same as mine you are afraid, lonely, I can help you." He then reached behind him taking out a scroll and a small puppet. "Take this." Naruto reached out taking it. Sasori looked down at Naruto before he turned around jumping away. Surprising Naruto as he just disappeared in-front of him. "Cool."

Hiruzen jumping across the trees with a troop of Anbu arrive at a clearing in the woods. Hiruzen looks down spotting a blond shivering form in a nearby bush. "Naruto!" he calls out as he comes down. Naruto turns around looking at him. Hiruzen notices a small puppet in his hands. "Where did you get that Naruto?" Hiruzen asked in a soft tone Naruto looked up not speaking only looking on confused. Hiruzen closed his eyes thinking for a moment before a Anbu in a dog mask appeared behind Naruto draping him in a blanket. "Hokage-sama we should get back to the Village before asking more questions." Hiruzen looked at him before nodding all of them disappearing with Naruto.

Back in the Village Hiruzen finished questioning Naruto from the story he got the villagers chased him out of the Village he then met a stranger who saw him alone giving him a puppet. "I'm going to get a headache from this. Well first I should call a meeting with the counsel this will not happen again someone had to have orchestrated this and I will get to the bottom of it!" Hiruzen called his Anbu. "Call a meeting for the counsel it's a priority."

In a few hours all the clan heads and other counsel members where sitting in the meeting room talking. "Why do you think Hokage-sama called this meeting?" A civilian member asked. "I hope it's to finally get rid of that demon!" Another answered. "You should not talk about the child like that I could kill you for breaking the law." A feral women growled out she was the clan head of the Inuzuka Clan. The civilian members backed off after that statement the doors opened and the Hokage came in sitting down.

"Good Evening everybody I have called this meeting because earlier on today Naruto was run out of the village." "Ha Finally that demon is gone!" A civilian member shouted,"QUIET, GUARDS!" The civilian member was quickly taken out. As the Hokage looked on in rage. "I am done with you Civilian council members I gave one order not to release the information of Naruto yet your bias and hatred will cost us. I will no longer allow it! From this day on the Civilian Council will be no more!"

The civilian council looked on in horror. "Hokage-sama don't do this we need to work together for the ninja and civilians. "No, Ninja business should always be just ninja business there is no more need!" "I agree with Hiruzen you all almost cost us our greatest asset this will not be taken lightly." A voice not even Hiruzen thought would agree with him, Danzo looking neutral looked down at the council. It was then a group of Anbu came out, taking the civilian council away.  Hiruzen then looked as his former teammate speaking,"Idk what your planning Danzo but I am grateful that you at least agree with me on this." "Of course Hokage-sama" Danzo said bowing. Hiruzen looked at him skeptically.

Back with Naruto he was sitting in his room looking around making sure the coast was clear. He opened up the scroll seeing a lot of information. "Puppeteering for Ninja" he read out. He looked at all the details before smiling. He knew if he mastered this he would be the greatest ninja alive.
