"Did we seriously mix the numbers up again? I can't believe this..." spoke out an empty bottle.

"It's...a possibility that we did but we don't know if any of these places lead to Airy or Stone..." a bag replied.

Two sentient objects stood in an alleyway, one holding a laptop and the other storing notes back into themself. These two were Liam Plecak and Bryce Hansen, contestants of the hellish show called ONE. They were looking to find the host of the show and take them down, to prevent anyone else from suffering like they did.

L: "Is it just me or does everything look...bigger here?"

B: "It's not just you Liam, things do look bigger. This could be the place though considering we didn't die instantly! Haha..."

L: "At least we get a break from dying I suppose! Hah...it isn't great that we're talking about it so casually is it?"

B: "It absolutely is not."

You might be thinking that these two are insane just by hearing them talk about dying, you would be wrong. These two have died more times than you can imagine, each time being as painful as the last and yet here they are.

B: "Should we go back? To The Waiting Room I mean."

L: "I don't know Bryce, we never get to explore these places before we die, we could do that and if we don't find anything then Texty can send us back with the command."

Liam spoke with curiosity and excitement while Bryce was hesitant about the idea but like Liam said, if they don't find anything then they can go back. Anyways, what could possibly go wrong...?

B: "Eh, sure but we're going to need to be careful, God knows what's out there."

L: "Surely it can't be that bad."

B: "Considering what we've seen so far, I wouldn't be surprised if something bad happened."

L: "Oh, lighten up Bryce!"

B: "Alright, fine. Only for you."

L: "Aw, you flatter me."

The backpack grabs the empty hand of the soda bottle that was beside him and they begin the walk further into the seemingly endless alleyway. They hadn't found anything that peaked their interests quite yet.

The two would eventually come to a stop after a few minutes of walking, this alleyway was indeed just endless but that wasn't what stopped them. They were stopped when the alley split in two.

B: "Seems like we need to choose which way."

L: "Yeah but we can split up, each take a side?"

B: "I don't think that's the best idea, not that you have many anyways-"

L: "Hey!"

B: "But really, it's not a smart idea to split up in these types of situations. Let's just-..."

L: "Bry-"

B: "Shh! I hear something..."

The pair look around to see what could have made some noise only to find that it was behind them. It sounded like it was getting closer and whatever made it was big...

L: "What is that?"

B: "Like I have any f***ing clue! Quickly, come on!"

The soda bottle let go of the others hand and chose one of the paths, it was the one that was basically blocked off but he managed to climb the blockage with the laptop in hand, he reaches out to the backpack, signalling to climb up.

B: "Come on Liam! Grab my hand!"

L: "I-I'm trying!"

The bag was desperately trying to take hold of the hand he was greeted with but no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't reach it, he instead kept making noise which indicated that they were there.

L: "F**k! I can't! Just...just go your way and I'll go that way, we might meet up and if we don't meet up after a while then get Texty to use the command!"

B: "What!? Liam, wait!"

Bryce couldn't finish what he was going to say as Liam immediately began sprinting down the left path, Bryce began to do the same and only hoping that the backpack would be safe.

???1: "I swear to God that I heard something down here."

???2: "Just give it over, it's probably nothing..."

???1: "Can we at least look down this way? We MIGHT find something."

???2: "Ugh...fine."

We are turned back to Liam, he's still running down his path although his breathing is heavy, it's been a hot minute. He decides to stop to try and catch his breath and looks infront of him. No sign of an exit or connecting path. He began to think to himself.

L: 'That's just abso-F***ING-lutely perfect isn't it? Why couldn't I grab his hand, I can't be that weak, I climbed that fence and the smokestack didn't I? Hopefully he uses that command...'

The backpack cautiously begins to start walking again but almost comes to a halt when he notices a large tall shadow infront of him, it covers his own although it's difficult to tell in moonlight.

L: "What the-"

Those were the last words he whispered to himself before he was grabbed from behind, something had him and it put a... cloth up to his face? It smelt...actually he couldn't describe what it smelt like but Liam found himself slowly opening and closing his eyes as if he were trailing off to sleep. He was no longer pulling at whatever was at him and panicking but was rather now "asleep".

???1: "What a find! Aren't you glad that I dragged you down here? We wouldn't have found this if we didn't!"

???2: "Alright, fine. Let's just take this thing back to base and wait for it to become conscious again."

???1: "This is so interesting! I can't wait to see what it's capable of and if it actually works like it's intended to!"

???2: "Calm down, I'm sure the boss will also be interested in this too. It's different then what we have, I'm sure it'll make the perfect subject.
