Upon meeting at the ORC a few days later, Rias announced the purpose of this meeting. "All of you have been doing really well handing out fliers and helping expand our business. But I think you all would be glad to know your flier days are over."

"They are?" Issei asked.

"Relax, it's not a punishment. You've all done great work, but normally handing out flyers is the job of familiars."

"This is my familiar." She revealed her familiar to be a bat. Or, so it seemed.

"I believe you four have met." At that, Rias' familiar went from bat to a female human, albeit with a bat theme in her overall appearance.

"Wait, that's the same one that gave me that flyer." Issei observed.

"And I've got one too of course." Akeno said, revealing hers.

"Whoa, is that an imp?" Issei asked.

"This is Shiro." Koneko showed her familiar to be a small kitten.

'Tch! Sharing the same name as a cat! How pathetic!' Archer mentally hissed.

'I mean, you were also a familiar in a basic sense.' You pointed out.

'Shut up!'

"Mine's badass." Kiba moved to show his, but Issei cut him off.

"I don't want to see your tiny dancer." Issei said. If people's faces could change color to reflect emotion, he'd have looked like a certain Fallout character.

"Why you gotta hate man?" Kiba replied.

"Don't be jealous. Familiars are part of being a Devil. When you're in need, they'll always be there to back you up." Rias interjected.

"That's nice, but it begs the question: how do we get one?" You inquired.

"Well that's the next step." Rias said.

At that moment, we heard a knock at the door.

"Yeah?" Akeno asked.

"Sorry to interrupt." Sona Shotori greeted the President, along with her entourage.

"Student Council President?" Issei asked. "What the heck is she doing here?"

"Hello, Sona." Rias responded. "What can I do for you?"

"Nothing, I just wanted to congratulate you on acquiring new servants." Sona answered.

"Wait, how does she know about that?" Issei asked. You started to get a hunch we knew the answer.

"Her real name's Sona Sitri. And she's not just the Student Council President, she's the next head of the House of Sitri, a prominent devil family." Akeno answered for us newcomers.

"Oh, Rias I'm hurt you didn't mention us to your boyfriends. But if you're not willing to provide them with inside info, I guess they don't have that much value to you do they huh?" Saji said mockingly to Rias.

"It's considered bad form to get involved in the affairs of other households, Saji. It's only natural Rias held this back." Sona explained.

"Didn't we elect this guy for student council clerk in 2C?" You asked.

"Yeah." Issei agreed.

"Saji Genshirou. My Pawn." Sona introduced.

"This my pawn, Issei Hyoudou, and my Bishop, (Y/n) (L/n). And Asia Argento is a resident and friend of Issei."

"Ma'am." You nodded your head politely to Sona.

"Hmmm. I've heard of your prowess with a bow." Sona remarked. "And I also had to deal with a damaged roof a while back."
